سورة التوبة (9) بَرَاءةٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتُّم مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ {1} فَسِيحُواْ فِي الأَرْضِ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللّهِ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ مُخْزِي الْكَافِرِينَ {2} وَأَذَانٌ مِّنَ اللّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ إِلَى النَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْحَجِّ الأَكْبَرِ أَنَّ اللّهَ بَرِيءٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ وَرَسُولُهُ فَإِن تُبْتُمْ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ وَإِن تَوَلَّيْتُمْ فَاعْلَمُواْ أَنَّكُمْ غَيْرُ مُعْجِزِي اللّهِ وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ {3} إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتُّم مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنقُصُوكُمْ شَيْئاً وَلَمْ يُظَاهِرُواْ عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَداً فَأَتِمُّواْ إِلَيْهِمْ عَهْدَهُمْ إِلَى مُدَّتِهِمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ {4} فَإِذَا انسَلَخَ الأَشْهُرُ الْحُرُمُ فَاقْتُلُواْ الْمُشْرِكِينَ حَيْثُ وَجَدتُّمُوهُمْ وَخُذُوهُمْ وَاحْصُرُوهُمْ وَاقْعُدُواْ لَهُمْ كُلَّ مَرْصَدٍ فَإِن تَابُواْ وَأَقَامُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَوُاْ الزَّكَاةَ فَخَلُّواْ سَبِيلَهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ {5} وَإِنْ أَحَدٌ مِّنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ اسْتَجَارَكَ فَأَجِرْهُ حَتَّى يَسْمَعَ كَلاَمَ اللّهِ ثُمَّ أَبْلِغْهُ مَأْمَنَهُ ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ قَوْمٌ لاَّ يَعْلَمُونَ {6} سورة التوبة (9)

Al-Tawba Allah ve Resûlünden kendileriyle antlaşma yapmış olduğunuz müşriklere bir ihtar! (1) (Ey müşrikler!) Yeryüzünde dört ay daha dolaşın. İyi bilin ki siz Allah`ı âciz bırakacak değilsiniz; Allah ise kafirleri rezil (ve perişan) edecektir. (2) Hacc-ı ekber (en büyük hac) gününde Allah ve Resûlünden insanlara bir bildiridir: Allah ve resûlü müşriklerden uzaktır. Eğer tevbe ederseniz, bu sizin için daha hayırlıdır. Ve eğer yüz çevirirseniz bilin ki, siz Allah`ı âciz bırakacak değilsiniz. (Ey Muhammed)! O kafirlere elem verici bir azabı müjdele! (3) Ancak kendileriyle antlaşma yaptığınız müşriklerden (antlaşma şartlarına uyan) hiçbir şeyi size eksik bırakmayan ve sizin aleyhinize herhangi bir kimseye arka çıkmayanlar (bu hükmün) dışındadır. Onların antlaşmalarını, süreleri bitinceye kadar tamamlayınız. Allah (haksızlıktan) sakınanları sever. (4) Haram aylar çıkınca müşrikleri bulduğunuz yerde öldürün; onları yakalayın, onları hapsedin ve onları her gözetleme yerinde oturup bekleyin. Eğer tevbe eder, namazı dosdoğru kılar, zekâtı da verirlerse artık yollarını serbest bırakın. Allah yarlığayan, esirgeyendir. (5) Ve eğer müşriklerden biri senden aman dilerse, Allah`ın kelâmını işitip dinleyinceye kadar ona aman ver, sonra (müslüman olmazsa) onu güven içinde bulunacağı bir yere ulaştır. İşte bu (müsamaha), onların, bilmeyen bir kavim olmalarından dolayıdır. (6)

Al-Tawba (Dies ist) eine Lossprechung (von jeglicher Verpflichtung) seitens Allahs und Seines Gesandten; (sie ist) an diejenigen Götzendiener (gerichtet), mit denen ihr ein Bündnis abgeschlossen habt. (1) So zieht denn vier Monate lang im Lande umher und wisset, daß ihr euch Allahs nicht entziehen könnt und daß Allah die Ungläubigen demütigen wird. (2) Und (dies ist) eine Ankündigung von Allah und Seinem Gesandten an die Menschen am Tage der großen Pilgerfahrt, daß Allah der Götzendiener ledig ist und ebenso Sein Gesandter. Bereut ihr also, so wird das besser für euch sein; kehrt ihr euch jedoch ab, so wisset, daß ihr Allahs (Plan) nicht zuschanden machen könnt. Und verheiße denen schmerzliche Strafe, die ungläubig sind. (3) Davon sind diejenigen Götzendiener ausgenommen, mit denen ihr einen Vertrag eingegangen seid und die es euch an nichts haben fehlen lassen und die keine anderen gegen euch unterstützt haben. Diesen gegenüber haltet den Vertrag bis zum Ablauf der Frist ein. Wahrlich, Allah liebt diejenigen, die (Ihn) fürchten. (4) Und wenn die heiligen Monate abgelaufen sind, dann tötet die Götzendiener, wo immer ihr sie findet, und ergreift sie und belagert sie und lauert ihnen aus jedem Hinterhalt auf. Wenn sie aber bereuen und das Gebet verrichten und die Zakah entrichten, dann gebt ihnen den Weg frei. Wahrlich, Allah ist Allvergebend, Barmherzig; (5) und wenn einer der Götzendiener bei dir Schutz sucht, dann gewähre ihm Schutz, bis er Allahs Worte vernehmen kann; hierauf lasse ihn den Ort seiner Sicherheit erreichen. Dies (soll so sein), weil sie ein unwissendes Volk sind. (6)

Al-Tawba Freedom from (all) obligations (is declared) from Allâh and His Messenger (SAW) to those of the Mushrikûn (polytheists, pagans, idolaters, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh), with whom you made a treaty. (1) So travel freely (O Mushrikûn - see V.2:105) for four months (as you will) throughout the land, but know that you cannot escape (from the Punishment of) Allâh, and Allâh will disgrace the disbelievers. (2) And a declaration from Allâh and His Messenger to mankind on the greatest day (the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah - the 12th month of Islâmic calendar) that Allâh is free from (all) obligations to the Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) and so is His Messenger. So if you (Mushrikûn) repent, it is better for you, but if you turn away, then know that you cannot escape (from the Punishment of) Allâh. And give tidings (O Muhammad SAW) of a painful torment to those who disbelieve. (3) Except those of the Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) with whom you have a treaty, and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor have supported anyone against you. So fulfill their treaty to them for the end of their term. Surely Allâh loves Al- Mattaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2). (4) Then when the Sacred Months (the Ist, 7th, 11th, and 12th months of the Islâmic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikûn (see V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush. But if they repent and perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and give Zakât, then leave their way free. Verily, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.[] (5) And if anyone of the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) seeks your protection then grant him protection, so that he may hear the Word of Allâh (the Qur'ân), and then escort him to where he can be secure, that is because they are men who know not. (6)

Al-Tawba A (declaration) of immunity from Allah and His Messenger to those of the pagans with whom ye have contracted mutual alliances.― (1) Go ye, then for four months, backwards and forwards, (as ye will), throughout the land, but know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah (by your falsehood) but that Allah will cover with shame those who reject Him. (2) And an announcement from Allah and His Messenger, to the people (assembled) on the day of the Great Pilgrimage― that Allah and His Messenger dissolve (treaty) obligations with the pagans. If, then ye repent, it were best for you; but if ye turn away know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah. And proclaim a grievous penalty to those who reject Faith. (3) (But the treaties are) not dissolved with those pagans with whom Ye have entered into alliance and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided anyone against you. So fulfil your engagements with them to the end of their term: for Allah loveth the righteous. (4) But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war); but if they repent, and establish regular prayers and practise regular charity, then open the way for them: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (5) If one amongst the pagans ask thee for asylum, grant it to him, so that he may hear the word of Allah; and then escort him to where he can be secure: That is because they are men without knowledge. (6)

LE D?SAVEU ou LE REPENTIR Désaveu de la part d’Allah et de Son messager à l’égard des associateurs avec qui vous avez conclu un pacte: (1) Parcourez la terre durant quatre mois; et sachez que vous ne réduirez pas Allah à l’impuissance et qu’Allah couvre d’ignominie les mécréants(2).» (2) Et proclamation aux gens, de la part d’Allah et de Son messager, au jour du Grand Pèlerinage(3), qu’Allah et Son messager, désavouent les associateurs. Si vous vous repentez, ce sera mieux pour vous. Mais si vous vous détournez, sachez que vous ne réduirez pas Allah à l’impuissance. Et annonce un châtiment douloureux à ceux qui ne croient pas. (3) A l’exception des associateurs avec lesquels vous avez conclu un pacte, puis ils ne vous ont manqué en rien, et n’ont soutenu personne [à lutter] contre vous: respectez pleinement le pacte conclu avec eux jusqu’au terme convenu. Allah aime les pieux. (4) Après que les mois sacrés(4) expirent, tuez les associateurs où que vous les trouviez. Capturez-les, assiégez-les et guettez-les dans toute embuscade. Si ensuite ils se repentent, accomplissent la Ṣalāt et acquittent la Zakāt, alors laissez-leur la voie libre, car Allah est Pardonneur et Miséricordieux. (5) Et si l’un des associateurs te demande asile, accorde-le lui, afin qu’il entende la parole d’Allah, puis fais-le parvenir à son lieu de sécurité. Car ce sont des gens qui ne savent pas. (6)

PENGAMPUNAN [Inilah pernyataan] pemutusan perhubungan daripada Allah dan Rasul-Nya [yang dihadapkan] kepada orang-orang musyrikin yang kamu [kaum muslimin] telah mengadakan perjanjian [dengan mereka]. (1) Maka berjalanlah kamu [kaum musyrikin] di muka bumi selama empat bulan dan ketahuilah bahwa sesungguhnya kamu tidak akan dapat melemahkan Allah, dan sesungguhnya Allah menghinakan orang-orang kafir. [1] (2) Dan [inilah] suatu permakluman dari Allah dan Rasul-Nya kepada umat manusia pada hari haji akbar [2], bahwa sesungguhnya Allah dan Rasul-Nya berlepas diri dari orang-orang musyrikin. Kemudian jika kamu [kaum musyrikin] bertaubat, maka bertaubat itu lebih baik bagimu; dan jika kamu berpaling, maka ketahuilah bahwa sesungguhnya kamu tidak dapat melemahkan Allah. Dan beritakanlah kepada orang-orang kafir [bahwa mereka akan mendapat] siksa yang pedih. (3) kecuali orang-orang musyrikin yang kamu telah mengadakan perjanjian [dengan mereka] dan mereka tidak mengurangi sesuatupun [dari isi perjanjian]mu dan tidak [pula] mereka membantu seseorang yang memusuhi kamu, maka terhadap mereka itu penuhilah janjinya sampai batas waktunya [3]. Sesungguhnya Allah menyukai orang-orang yang bertakwa. (4) Apabila sudah habis bulan-bulan Haram itu [4], maka bunuhlah orang-orang musyrikin itu di mana saja kamu jumpai mereka, dan tangkaplah mereka. Kepunglah mereka dan intailah di tempat pengintaian. Jika mereka bertaubat dan mendirikan shalat dan menunaikan zakat, maka berilah kebebasan kepada mereka untuk berjalan [5] Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. (5) Dan jika seorang di antara orang-orang musyrikin itu meminta perlindungan kepadamu, maka lindungilah ia supaya ia sempat mendengar firman Allah, kemudian antarkanlah ia ke tempat yang aman baginya. Demikian itu disebabkan mereka kaum yang tidak mengetahui. (6)

Al-Tawba (Ini adalah) pemutusan tanggungjawab (pembatalan perjanjian) dari Allah dan RasulNya terhadap kaum kafir musyrik yang kamu mengikat perjanjian setia (dengan mereka). (1) Oleh itu hendaklah kamu (wahai kaum musyrik) bergerak di muka bumi (dengan bebasnya) selama empat bulan dan ketahuilah bahawa kamu tidak terlepas dari (azab seksa) Allah dan (ingatlah) sesungguhnya Allah akan menghina orang-orang yang kafir (dengan bala bencana di dunia dan azab seksa di akhirat). (2) Dan inilah perisytiharan dari Allah dan RasulNya kepada umat manusia, (diisytiharkan) pada Hari Raya Haji yang terbesar, bahawa sesungguhnya Allah dan RasulNya memutuskan tanggungjawab terhadap orang-orang musyrik; oleh itu jika kamu (wahai kaum musyrik) bertaubat (dari kufur) maka yang demikian adalah baik bagi kamu dan jika kamu berpaling (ingkar), maka ketahuilah sesungguhnya kamu tidak akan dapat melepaskan diri dari (azab seksa) Allah dan khabarkanlah (wahai Muhammad) kepada orang-orang kafir (bahawa mereka akan ditimpakan) dengan azab yang tidak terperi sakitnya. (3) Kecuali mereka yang kamu mengikat perjanjian setia (dengannya) dari orang-orang musyrik, kemudian mereka tidak mencabuli perjanjian kamu itu sedikitpun dan mereka tidak menolong seorangpun yang memusuhi kamu, maka sempurnakanlah kepada mereka perjanjian mereka sehingga (habis) tempohnya. Sesungguhnya Allah mengasihi orang-orang yang bertakwa. (4) Kemudian apabila habislah (masa) bulan-bulan yang dihormati itu maka bunuhlah orang-orang musyrik itu di mana sahaja kamu menemuinya dan tawanlah mereka, dan juga kepunglah mereka, serta tunggulah mereka di tiap-tiap tempat mengintipnya. Kemudian jika mereka bertaubat (dari kekufurannya) dan mendirikan sembahyang serta memberi zakat, maka biarkanlah mereka (jangan diganggu). Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun, lagi Maha Mengasihani. (5) Dan jika seseorang dari kaum musyrik meminta perlindungan kepadamu (untuk memahami Islam), maka berilah perlindungan kepadanya sehingga dia sempat mendengar keterangan-keterangan Allah (tentang hakikat Islam itu), kemudian hantarlah dia ke mana-mana tempat yang dia beroleh aman. Perintah yang tersebut ialah kerana mereka itu kaum yang tidak mengetahui (hakikat Islam). (6)

SURA AT-TAWBA Allah y Su Mensajero quedan exentos de responsabilidad frente a aquellos asociadores con los que hayáis hecho un pacto. (1) Andad pues seguros por el territorio durante cuatro meses, pero sabed que no podréis escapar de Allah y que Allah será Quien afrente a los incrédulos. (2) Y se anuncia de parte de Allah y de Su mensajero a los hombres, en el día de la Peregrinación Mayor, que Allah queda libre de responsabilidad frente a los asociadores, así como Su mensajero.De manera que si os retractáis será mejor para vosotros, pero si os apartáis, sabed que no vais a escapar de Allah.Y a los que no creen anunciáles un castigo doloroso. (3) A excepción de aquellos asociadores con los que hayáis hecho un pacto y no hayan faltado en nada ni hayan apoyado a nadie contra vosotros.Con ellos cumpliréis el pacto hasta su conclusión, es cierto que Allah ama a los que Le temen. (4) Y cuando hayan pasado los meses inviolables, matad a los asociadores donde quiera que los halléis.Capturadlos, sitiadlos y tendedles toda clase de emboscadas; pero si se retractan, establecen el salat y entregan el zakat, dejad que sigan su camino.Verdaderamente Allah es Perdonador y Compasivo. (5) Y si alguno de los asociadores busca tu protección, recíbelo hasta que haya escuchado la palabra de Allah y luego hazlo llegar hasta un lugar en el que esté seguro.Eso es porque ellos son gente que no sabe.
