كَيْفَ يَكُونُ لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ عَهْدٌ عِندَ اللّهِ وَعِندَ رَسُولِهِ إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتُّمْ عِندَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ فَمَا اسْتَقَامُواْ لَكُمْ فَاسْتَقِيمُواْ لَهُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ {7} كَيْفَ وَإِن يَظْهَرُوا عَلَيْكُمْ لاَ يَرْقُبُواْ فِيكُمْ إِلاًّ وَلاَ ذِمَّةً يُرْضُونَكُم بِأَفْوَاهِهِمْ وَتَأْبَى قُلُوبُهُمْ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ فَاسِقُونَ {8} اشْتَرَوْاْ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ ثَمَناً قَلِيلاً فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِهِ إِنَّهُمْ سَاء مَا كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ {9} لاَ يَرْقُبُونَ فِي مُؤْمِنٍ إِلاًّ وَلاَ ذِمَّةً وَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُعْتَدُونَ {10} فَإِن تَابُواْ وَأَقَامُواْ الصَّلاَةَ وَآتَوُاْ الزَّكَاةَ فَإِخْوَانُكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ وَنُفَصِّلُ الآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ {11} وَإِن نَّكَثُواْ أَيْمَانَهُم مِّن بَعْدِ عَهْدِهِمْ وَطَعَنُواْ فِي دِينِكُمْ فَقَاتِلُواْ أَئِمَّةَ الْكُفْرِ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ أَيْمَانَ لَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَنتَهُونَ {12} أَلاَ تُقَاتِلُونَ قَوْماً نَّكَثُواْ أَيْمَانَهُمْ وَهَمُّواْ بِإِخْرَاجِ الرَّسُولِ وَهُم بَدَؤُوكُمْ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ أَتَخْشَوْنَهُمْ فَاللّهُ أَحَقُّ أَن تَخْشَوْهُ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤُمِنِينَ {13} سورة التوبة (9)

Al-Tawba Mescid-i Haram`ın yanında kendileriyle antlaşma yaptıklarınızın dışında müşriklerin Allah ve Resûlü yanında nasıl (muteber) bir ahdi olabilir? Onlar size karşı dürüst davrandıkları müddetçe siz de onlara dürüst davranın. Çünkü Allah (ahdi bozmaktan) sakınanları sever. (7) Nasıl olabilir ki! Onlar size galip gelselerdi, sizin hakkınızda ne ahit, ne de antlaşma gözetirlerdi. Onlar ağızlarıyla sizi razı ediyorlar, halbuki kalpleri (buna) karşı çıkıyor. Çünkü onların çoğu yoldan çıkmışlardır. (8) Allah`ın âyetlerine karşılık az bir değeri (dünya malını ve nefsânî istekleri) satın aldılar da (insanları) O`nun yolundan alıkoydular. Gerçekten onların yapmakta oldukları şeyler ne kötüdür! (9) Bir mümin hakkında ne ahit tanırlar ne de antlaşma. Çünkü onlar saldırganların kendileridir. (10) Fakat tevbe eder, namaz kılar ve zekât verirlerse, artık onlar dinde kardeşlerinizdir. Biz, bilen bir kavme âyetlerimizi böyle açıklıyoruz. (11) Eğer antlaşmalarından sonra yeminlerini bozarlar ve dininize saldırırlarsa, küfrün önderlerine karşı savaşın. Çünkü onlar yeminleri olmayan adamlardır. (Onlara karşı savaşırsanız) umulur ki küfre son verirler. (12) (Ey müminler!) Verdikleri sözü bozan, Peygamber`i (yurdundan) çıkarmaya kalkışan ve ilk önce size karşı savaşa başlamış olan bir kavme karşı savaşmayacak mısınız; yoksa onlardan korkuyor musunuz? Eğer (gerçek) müminler iseniz, bilin ki, Allah, kendisinden korkmanıza daha lâyıktır. (13)

Al-Tawba Wie kann es einen Vertrag geben zwischen den Götzendienern und Allah und Seinem Gesandten - allein die ausgenommen, mit denen ihr bei der heiligen Moschee ein Bündnis eingingt? Solange diese euch die Treue halten, haltet ihnen die Treue. Wahrlich, Allah liebt diejenigen, die (Ihn) fürchten. (7) Wie? Würden sie doch, wenn sie euch besiegten, weder Bindungen noch Verpflichtungen euch gegenüber einhalten! Sie würden euch mit dem Munde gefällig sein, indes ihre Herzen würden sich weigern; und die meisten von ihnen sind Frevler. (8) Sie verkaufen Allahs Zeichen für einen geringen Preis und halten von Seinem Weg ab. Übel ist wahrlich, was sie tun. (9) Sie achten keine Bindung und keine Verpflichtung gegenüber einem Gläubigen; und sie sind die Übertreter. (10) Bereuen sie aber und verrichten sie das Gebet und entrichten sie die Zakah, so sind sie eure Brüder im Glauben. Und Wir machen die Zeichen klar für die wissenden Leute. (11) Wenn sie aber nach ihrem Vertrag ihre Eide brechen und euren Glauben angreifen, dann bekämpft die Anführer des Unglaubens - sie halten ja keine Eide -, so daß sie (davon) ablassen. (12) Wollt ihr nicht gegen Leute kämpfen, die ihre Eide gebrochen haben und die den Gesandten zu vertreiben planten - sie waren es ja, die euch zuerst angegriffen haben? Fürchtet ihr sie etwa? Allahs Würde geziemt es eher, daß ihr Ihn fürchtet, wenn ihr Gläubige seid. (13)

Al-Tawba How can there be a covenant with Allâh and with His Messenger for the Mushrikûn (polytheists, idolaters, pagans, disbelievers in the Oneness of Allâh) except those with whom you made a covenant near Al-Masjid-al-Harâm (at Makkah)? So long, as they are true to you, stand you true to them. Verily, Allâh loves Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2) (7) How (can there be such a covenant with them) that when you are overpowered by them, they regard not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant with you? With (good words from) their mouths they please you, but their hearts are averse to you, and most of them are Fâsiqûn (rebellious, disobedient to Allâh). (8) They have purchased with the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allâh a little gain, and they hindered men from His Way; evil indeed is that which they used to do. (9) With regard to a believer, they respect not the ties, either of kinship or of covenant! It is they who are the transgressors. (10) But if they repent, perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât) and give Zakât, then they are your brethren in religion. (In this way) We explain the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for a people who know. (11) But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack your religion with disapproval and criticism then fight (you) the leaders of disbelief (chiefs of Quraish - pagans of Makkah) - for surely their oaths are nothing to them - so that they may stop (evil actions). (12) Will you not fight a people who have violated their oaths (pagans of Makkah) and intended to expel the Messenger, while they did attack you first? Do you fear them? Allâh has more right that you should fear Him, if you are believers. (13)

Al-Tawba How can there be a league before Allah and His Messenger, with the pagans, except those with whom ye made a treaty near the Sacred Mosque? As long as these stand true to you stand ye true to them: for Allah doth love the righteous. (7) How (can there be such a league), seeing that if they get an advantage over you, they respect not in you the ties either of kinship or of covenant? With (fair words from) their mouths they entice you, but their hearts are averse from you; and most of them are rebellious and wicked. (8) The signs of Allah have they sold for a miserable price, and (many) have they hindered from His way: evil indeed are the deeds they have done. (9) In a Believer they respect not the ties either of kinship or of covenant! It is they who have transgressed all bounds. (10) But (even so) if they repent, establish regular prayers, and practise regular charity― they are your brethren in Faith: (thus) do We explain signs in detail, for those who understand. (11) But if they violate their oaths after their covenant, and attack for your Faith― fight ye the chiefs of Unfaith: for their oaths are nothing to them: that thus they may be restrained. (12) Will ye not fight people who violated their oaths, plotted to expel the Messenger and took the aggressive by being the first (to assault) you? Do ye fear them? Nay it is Allah whom ye should more justly fear, if ye believe! (13)

LE D?SAVEU ou LE REPENTIR Comment y aurait-il pour les associateurs un pacte admis par Allah et par Son messager? A l’exception de ceux avec lesquels vous avez conclu un pacte près de la Mosquée sacrée(1). Tant qu’ils sont droits envers vous, soyez droits envers eux. Car Allah aime les pieux. (7) Comment donc! Quand ils triomphent de vous, ils ne respectent à votre égard, ni parenté ni pacte conclu. Ils vous satisfont de leurs bouches, tandis que leurs cœurs se refusent; et la plupart d’entre eux sont des pervers. (8) Ils troquent à vil prix les versets d’Allah (le Coran) et obstruent Son chemin. Ce qu’ils font est très mauvais! (9) Ils ne respectent, à l’égard d’un croyant, ni parenté ni pacte conclu. Et ceux-là sont les transgresseurs. (10) Mais s’ils se repentent, accomplissent la Ṣalāt et acquittent la Zakāt, ils deviendront vos frères en religion. Nous exposons intelligiblement les versets pour des gens qui savent. (11) Et si, après le pacte, ils violent leurs serments et attaquent votre religion, combattez alors les chefs de la mécréance - car, ils ne tiennent aucun serment - peut-être cesseront-ils? (12) Ne combattrez-vous pas des gens qui ont violé leurs serments, qui ont voulu bannir le Messager et alors que ce sont eux qui vous ont attaqués les premiers? Les redoutiez-vous? C’est Allah qui est plus digne de votre crainte si vous êtes croyants! (13)

PENGAMPUNAN Bagaimana bisa ada perjanjian [aman] dari sisi Allah dan Rasul-Nya dengan orang-orang musyrikin, kecuali dengan orang-orang yang kamu telah mengadakan perjanjian [dengan mereka] di dekat Masjidil Haram? [1] maka selama mereka berlaku lurus terhadapmu, hendaklah kamu berlaku lurus [pula] terhadap mereka. Sesungguhnya Allah menyukai orang-orang yang bertakwa. (7) Bagaimana bisa [ada perjanjian dari sisi Allah dan Rasul-Nya dengan orang-orang musyrikin], padahal jika mereka memperoleh kemenangan terhadap kamu, mereka tidak memelihara hubungan kekerabatan terhadap kamu dan tidak [pula mengindahkan] perjanjian. Mereka menyenangkan hatimu dengan mulutnya, sedang hatinya menolak. Dan kebanyakan mereka adalah orang-orang yang fasik [tidak menepati perjanjian]. (8) Mereka menukarkan ayat-ayat Allah dengan harga yang sedikit, lalu mereka menghalangi [manusia] dari jalan Allah. Sesungguhnya amat buruklah apa yang mereka kerjakan itu. (9) Mereka tidak memelihara [hubungan] kerabat terhadap orang-orang mu’min dan tidak [pula mengindahkan] perjanjian. Dan mereka itulah orang-orang yang melampaui batas. (10) Jika mereka bertaubat, mendirikan shalat dan menunaikan zakat, maka [mereka itu] adalah saudara-saudaramu seagama. Dan Kami menjelaskan ayat-ayat itu bagi kaum yang mengetahui. (11) Jika mereka merusak sumpah [janji]nya sesudah mereka berjanji, dan mereka mencerca agamamu, maka perangilah pemimpin-pemimpin orang-orang kafir itu, karena sesungguhnya mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang tidak dapat dipegang janjinya, agar supaya mereka berhenti. (12) Mengapakah kamu tidak memerangi orang-orang yang merusak sumpah [janjinya], padahal mereka telah keras kemauannya untuk mengusir Rasul dan merekalah yang pertama kali memulai memerangi kamu? Mengapakah kamu takut kepada mereka padahal Allah-lah yang berhak untuk kamu takuti, jika kamu benar-benar orang yang beriman. (13)

Al-Tawba Bagaimanakah dapat diakui adanya perjanjian (keamanan) di sisi Allah dan RasulNya bagi orang-orang musyrik (sedang mereka mencabulinya)? Kecuali orang-orang (musyrik) yang kamu telah mengikat perjanjian setia dengan mereka dekat Masjidilharam. Maka selagi mereka berlaku lurus terhadap kamu, hendaklah kamu berlaku lurus pula terhadap mereka; sesungguhnya Allah mengasihi orang-orang yang bertakwa. (7) Bagaimana (boleh dikekalkan perjanjian kaum kafir musyrik itu) padahal kalau mereka dapat mengalahkan kamu, mereka tidak akan menghormati perhubungan kerabat terhadap kamu dan tidak akan menghormati perjanjian setianya. Mereka menjadikan kamu bersenang hati hanya dengan mulut mereka, sedang hati mereka menolaknya; dan kebanyakan mereka adalah orang-orang yang fasik. (8) Mereka menukarkan ayat-ayat Allah dengan harga yang sedikit (dari faedah-faedah dunia), lalu mereka menghalangi (dirinya dan orang-orang lain) dari agama Allah; sesungguhnya amatlah buruknya apa yang mereka telah kerjakan. (9) Mereka tidak menghormati pertalian kerabat dan perjanjian terhadap orang-orang yang beriman dan merekalah orang-orang yang menceroboh. (10) Oleh itu, jika mereka bertaubat (dari kekufuran) dan mendirikan sembahyang serta memberi zakat, maka mereka itu adalah saudara kamu yang seagama dan Kami menjelaskan ayat-ayat keterangan Kami satu persatu bagi kaum yang mahu mengetahui. (11) Dan jika mereka mencabuli sumpahnya sesudah mengikat perjanjian setia dan mereka pula mencela agama kamu, maka perangilah ketua-ketua dan pemimpin-pemimpin kaum yang kafir itu, kerana sesungguhnya mereka tidak menghormati sumpah janjinya, supaya mereka berhenti (dari kekufuran dan bertaubat). (12) Mengapa kamu tidak memerangi suatu kaum yang telah mencabuli sumpah janjinya, dan mereka pula telah berazam hendak mengusir Rasulullah dan merekalah juga yang mula-mula memerangi kamu? Tidak patut kamu takut kepada mereka (sehingga kamu tidak mahu memeranginya) kerana Allah jualah yang berhak kamu takuti (melanggar perintahNya), jika betul kamu orang-orang yang beriman? (13)

SURA AT-TAWBA ¿Cómo podría ser tenido en cuenta un pacto con los asociadores por parte de Allah y Su mensajero, a excepción de aquéllos con los que pactasteis junto a la Mezquita Inviolable, cuando ellos no cumplen correctamente con vosotros mientras que vosotros sí cumplís con ellos?Es cierto que Allah ama a los que Le temen. (7) ¿Cómo podría ser si cuando obtienen alguna victoria sobre vosotros no respetan ningún pacto ni tratado? Intentan complaceros con sus bocas pero sus corazones rechazan.La mayoría de ellos están pervertidos. (8) Venden los signos de Allah a bajo precio y desvían de Su camino.¡Qué malo es lo que hacen! (9) Con el creyente no respetan ningún pacto ni tratado.Esos son los transgresores. (10) Y si se retractan, establecen el salat y entregan el zakat... Son vuestros hermanos en la Práctica de Adoración.Explicamos claramente los signos para la gente que sabe. (11) Pero si rompen algún juramento después de haberse comprometido e injurian vuestra práctica de Adoración... Entonces combatid a los dirigentes de la incredulidad. Realmente para ellos no existen juramentos. Tal vez desistan. (12) ¿No lucharéis contra una gente que rompe sus juramentos y que se ha propuesto expulsar al Mensajero y fueron ellos los primeros en combatiros?¿Vais a temerlos? Allah es más digno de ser temido si sois creyentes. (13)
