يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّمَن فِي أَيْدِيكُم مِّنَ الأَسْرَى إِن يَعْلَمِ اللّهُ فِي قُلُوبِكُمْ خَيْراً يُؤْتِكُمْ خَيْراً مِّمَّا أُخِذَ مِنكُمْ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ وَاللّهُ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ {70} وَإِن يُرِيدُواْ خِيَانَتَكَ فَقَدْ خَانُواْ اللّهَ مِن قَبْلُ فَأَمْكَنَ مِنْهُمْ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ {71} إِنَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَهَاجَرُواْ وَجَاهَدُواْ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالَّذِينَ آوَواْ وَّنَصَرُواْ أُوْلَـئِكَ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضٍ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَلَمْ يُهَاجِرُواْ مَا لَكُم مِّن وَلاَيَتِهِم مِّن شَيْءٍ حَتَّى يُهَاجِرُواْ وَإِنِ اسْتَنصَرُوكُمْ فِي الدِّينِ فَعَلَيْكُمُ النَّصْرُ إِلاَّ عَلَى قَوْمٍ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَهُم مِّيثَاقٌ وَاللّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ {72} وَالَّذينَ كَفَرُواْ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاء بَعْضٍ إِلاَّ تَفْعَلُوهُ تَكُن فِتْنَةٌ فِي الأَرْضِ وَفَسَادٌ كَبِيرٌ {73} وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ وَهَاجَرُواْ وَجَاهَدُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ وَالَّذِينَ آوَواْ وَّنَصَرُواْ أُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ حَقّاً لَّهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ {74} وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُواْ مِن بَعْدُ وَهَاجَرُواْ وَجَاهَدُواْ مَعَكُمْ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ مِنكُمْ وَأُوْلُواْ الأَرْحَامِ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلَى بِبَعْضٍ فِي كِتَابِ اللّهِ إِنَّ اللّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ {75}

Al-Anfal Ey Peygamber! Elinizdeki esirlere de ki: Eğer Allah kalplerinizde hayır olduğunu bilirse, sizden alınandan (fidyeden) daha hayırlısını size verir ve sizi bağışlar. Çünkü Allah bağışlayandır, esirgeyendir. (70) Eğer sana hainlik etmek isterlerse (üzülme, çünkü) daha önce Allah`a da hainlik etmişlerdi de Allah onlara karşı sana imkân ve kudret vermişti. Allah bilendir, hikmet sahibidir. (71) İman edip de hicret edenler, Allah yolunda mallarıyla, canlarıyla cihad edenler ve (muhacirleri) barındırıp yardım edenler var ya, işte onların bir kısmı diğer bir kısmının dostlarıdır. İman edip de hicret etmeyenlere gelince, onlar hicret edinceye kadar size onların mirasından hiçbir pay yoktur. Eğer onlar din hususunda sizden yardım isterlerse, sizinle aralarında sözleşme bulunan bir kavim aleyhine olmaksızın (o müslümanlara) yardım etmek üzerinize borçtur. Allah yapacaklarınızı hakkıyla görmektedir. / (72) Kafir olanlar da birbirlerinin yardımcılarıdır. Eğer siz onu (Allah`ın emirlerini) yerine getirmezseniz yeryüzünde bir fitne ve büyük bir fesat olur. (73) İman edip de Allah yolunda hicret ve cihad edenler, (muhacirleri) barındıran ve yardım edenler var ya, işte gerçek müminler onlardır. Onlar için mağfiret ve bol rızık vardır. (74) Sonradan iman eden ve hicret edip de sizinle beraber cihad edenler de sizdendir. Allah`ın kitabına göre yakın akrabalar birbirlerine (vâris olmağa) daha uygundur. Şüphesiz ki Allah her şeyi bilendir. / (75)

Al-Anfal "O Prophet, sprich zu den (Kriegs-) Gefangenen, die in euren Händen sind: ""Erkennt Allah Gutes in euren Herzen, dann wird Er euch (etwas) Besseres geben als das, was euch genommen wurde, und wird euch vergeben. Denn Allah ist Allvergebend, Barmherzig."" (70) "Wenn sie aber Verrat an dir üben wollen, so haben sie schon zuvor an Allah Verrat geübt. Er aber gab (dir) Macht über sie; und Allah ist Allwissend, Allweise. (71) Wahrlich, diejenigen, die geglaubt haben und ausgewandert sind und mit ihrem Gut und ihrem Blut für Allahs Sache gekämpft haben, und jene, die (ihnen) Herberge und Hilfe gaben - diese sind einander Freund. Für den Schutz derjenigen aber, die glaubten, jedoch nicht ausgewandert sind, seid ihr keineswegs verantwortlich, sofern sie (nicht doch noch) auswandern. Suchen sie aber eure Hilfe für den Glauben, dann ist das Helfen eure Pflicht, (es sei denn, sie bitten euch) gegen ein Volk (um Hilfe), zwischen dem und euch ein Bündnis besteht. Und Allah sieht euer Tun. (72) Und die Ungläubigen - (auch) sie sind einander Beschützer. Wenn ihr das nicht tut, wird Verwirrung im Lande und gewaltiges Unheil entstehen. (73) Und diejenigen, die geglaubt haben und ausgewandert sind und für Allahs Sache gekämpft haben, und jene, die (ihnen) Herberge und Hilfe gaben - diese sind in der Tat wahre Gläubige. Ihnen wird Vergebung und eine ehrenvolle Versorgung zuteil sein. (74) Und die, welche hernach glauben und auswandern und (für Allahs Sache) an eurer Seite kämpfen werden - sie gehören zu euch; doch die Blutsverwandten stehen im Buche Allahs einander am allernächsten. Wahrlich, Allah weiß wohl alle Dinge. (75)

Al-Anfal O Prophet! (Muhammad SAW)Say to the captives that are in your hands: "If Allâh knows any good in your hearts, He will give you something better than what has been taken from you, and He will forgive you, and Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (70) But if they intend to betray you (O Muhammad SAW), they indeed betrayed Allâh before. So He gave (you) power over them. And Allâh is All-Knower, All-Wise (71) Verily, those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard and fought with their property and their lives in the Cause of Allâh as well as those who gave (them) asylum and help, - these are (all) allies to one another. And as to those who believed but did not emigrate (to you O Muhammad SAW), you owe no duty of protection to them until they emigrate[], but if they seek your help in religion, it is your duty to help them except against a people with whom you have a treaty of mutual alliance, and Allâh is the All-Seer of what you do. (72) And those who disbelieve are allies of one another, (and) if you (Muslims of the whole world collectively) do not do so [i.e. become allies, as one united block under one Khalifah (a chief Muslim ruler for the whole Muslim world) to make victorious Allâh’s religion of Islâmic Monotheism], there will be Fitnah (wars, battles, polytheism) and oppression on the earth, and a great mischief and corruption (appearance of polytheism).[] (73) And those who believed, and emigrated and strove hard in the Cause of Allâh (Al-Jihâd), as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid; - these are the believers in truth, for them is forgiveness and Rizqun Karîm (a generous provision i.e. Paradise). (74) And those who believed afterwards, and emigrated and strove hard along with you, (in the Cause of Allâh) they are of you. But kindred by blood are nearer to one another (regarding inheritance) in the decree ordained by Allâh. Verily, Allâh is the All-Knower of everything. (75)

Al-Anfal O Prophet! say to those who are captives in your hands: "If Allah findeth any good in your hearts, He will give you something better than what has been taken from you, and He will forgive you: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." (70) But if they have treacherous designs against thee (o prophet!) they have already been in treason against Allah, and so hath He given (thee) power over them, and Allah is He who hath (full) knowledge and wisdom. (71) Those who believed, and adopted exile and fought for the faith with their property and their persons, in the cause of Allah, as well as those who gave (them) asylum and aid they are (all) friends and protectors, one of another. As to those who believed but came not into exile, ye owe no duty of protection to them until they come not into exile, but if they seek your aid in religion it is your duty to help them, except against a people with whom ye have a treaty of mutual alliance: and (remember) Allah seeth all that ye do. (72) The Unbelievers are protectors, one of another: unless ye do this (protect each other) there would be tumult and oppression on earth, and great mischief. (73) Those who believe, and adopt exile, and fight for the Faith in the Cause of Allah, as well as those who give (them) asylum and aid― these are (all) in very truth the Believers: for them is the forgiveness of sins and a provision most generous. (74) And those who accept Faith subsequently, and adopt exile, and fight for the Faith in your company― they are of you. But kindred by blood have prior rights against each other in the Book of Allah. Verily Allah is well acquainted with all things. (75)

LE BUTIN Ô Prophète, dis aux captifs qui sont entre vos mains: «Si Allah sait qu’il y a quelque bien dans vos cœurs, Il vous donnera mieux que ce qui vous a été pris et vous pardonnera. Allah est Pardonneur et Miséricordieux. (70) Et s’ils veulent te trahir..., c’est qu’ils ont déjà trahi Allah [par la mécréance]; mais Il a donné prise sur eux [le jour de Badr]. Et Allah est Omniscient et Sage. (71) Ceux qui ont cru, émigré et lutté de leurs biens et de leurs personnes dans le sentier d’Allah, ainsi que ceux qui leur ont donné refuge et secours, ceux-là sont alliés les uns des autres. Quant à ceux qui ont cru et n’ont pas émigré, vous ne serez pas liés à eux, jusqu’à ce qu’ils émigrent. Et s’ils vous demandent secours au nom de la religion, à vous alors de leur porter secours, mais pas contre un peuple auquel vous êtes liés par un pacte. Et Allah observe bien ce que vous œuvrez(1). (72) Et ceux qui n’ont pas cru sont alliés les uns des autres. Si vous n’agissez pas ainsi [en rompant les liens avec les infidèles], il y aura discorde sur terre et grand désordre. (73) Et ceux qui ont cru, émigré et lutté dans le sentier d’Allah, ainsi que ceux qui leur ont donné refuge et porté secours, ceux-là sont les vrais croyants: à eux, le pardon et une récompense généreuse. (74) Et ceux qui après cela ont cru et émigré et lutté en votre compagnie, ceux-là sont des vôtres. Cependant ceux qui sont liés par la parenté ont priorité les uns envers les autres, d’après le Livre d’Allah. Certes, Allah est Omniscient(2). (75)

HARTA RAMPASAN PERANG Hai Nabi, katakanlah kepada tawanan-tawanan yang ada di tanganmu: "Jika Allah mengetahui ada kebaikan dalam hatimu, niscaya Dia akan memberikan kepadamu yang lebih baik dari apa yang telah diambil daripadamu dan Dia akan mengampuni kamu". Dan Allah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang. (70) Akan tetapi jika mereka [tawanan-tawanan itu] bermaksud hendak berkhianat kepadamu, maka sesungguhnya mereka telah berkhianat kepada Allah sebelum ini, lalu Allah menjadikan [mu] berkuasa terhadap mereka. Dan Allah Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Bijaksana. (71) Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang beriman dan berhijrah serta berjihad dengan harta dan jiwanya pada jalan Allah dan orang-orang yang memberikan tempat kediaman dan pertolongan [kepada orang-orang muhajirin], mereka itu satu sama lain lindung-melindungi [1]. Dan [terhadap] orang-orang yang beriman, tetapi belum berhijrah, maka tidak ada kewajiban sedikitpun atasmu melindungi mereka, sebelum mereka berhijrah. [Akan tetapi] jika mereka meminta pertolongan kepadamu dalam [urusan pembelaan] agama, maka kamu wajib memberikan pertolongan kecuali terhadap kaum yang telah ada perjanjian antara kamu dengan mereka. Dan Allah Maha Melihat apa yang kamu kerjakan. (72) Adapun orang-orang yang kafir, sebagian mereka menjadi pelindung bagi sebagian yang lain. Jika kamu [hai para muslimin] tidak melaksanakan apa yang telah diperintahkan Allah itu [2], niscaya akan terjadi kekacauan di muka bumi dan kerusakan yang besar. (73) Dan orang-orang yang beriman dan berhijrah serta berjihad pada jalan Allah, dan orang-orang yang memberi tempat kediaman dan memberi pertolongan [kepada orang-orang muhajirin], mereka itulah orang-orang yang benar-benar beriman. Mereka memperoleh ampunan dan rezki [ni’mat] yang mulia. (74) Dan orang-orang yang beriman sesudah itu, kemudian berhijrah dan berjihad bersamamu maka orang-orang itu termasuk golonganmu [juga]. Orang-orang yang mempunyai hubungan itu sebagiannya lebih berhak terhadap sesamanya [daripada yang kerabat] [3] di dalam kitab Allah. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu. (75)

Al-Anfal Wahai Nabi, katakanlah kepada orang-orang tawanan yang ada dalam tangan kamu: Jika Allah mengetahui ada kebaikan (iman) dalam hati kamu, nescaya Dia akan memberi kepada kamu (balasan) yang lebih baik daripada (harta benda penebus diri) yang telah diambil dari kamu dan Dia akan mengampunkan dosa kamu; kerana Allah Maha Pengampun, lagi maha Mengasihani. (70) Dan jika mereka (orang-orang tawanan itu) bertujuan hendak melakukan khianat kepadamu, maka sesungguhnya mereka telahpun melakukan khianat kepada Allah (dengan kekufuran mereka) sebelum itu, lalu Allah menjadikan (engkau) mengalahkan dan menundukkan mereka; kerana Allah Maha Mengetahui, lagi Maha Bijaksana. (71) Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang beriman dan berhijrah serta berjihad dengan harta benda dan jiwa mereka pada jalan Allah dan orang-orang (Ansar) yang memberi tempat kediaman dan pertolongan (kepada orang-orang Islam yang berhijrah itu), mereka semuanya menjadi penyokong dan pembela antara satu dengan yang lain. Dan orang-orang yang beriman yang belum berhijrah, maka kamu tidak bertanggungjawab sedikitpun untuk membela mereka sehingga mereka berhijrah dan jika mereka meminta pertolongan kepada kamu dalam perkara (menentang musuh untuk membela) agama, maka wajiblah kamu menolongnya, kecuali terhadap kaum yang ada perjanjian setia di antara kamu dengan mereka dan (ingatlah) Allah Maha Melihat akan apa yang kamu lakukan. / (72) Dan orang-orang yang kafir, setengahnya menjadi penyokong dan pembela bagi setengahnya yang lain. Jika kamu (wahai umat Islam) tidak menjalankan (dasar bantu-membantu sesama sendiri yang diperintahkan oleh Allah) itu, nescaya akan berlakulah fitnah (kekacauan) di muka bumi dan kerosakan yang besar. (73) Dan orang-orang yang beriman dan berhijrah serta berjihad pada jalan Allah (untuk membela Islam) dan orang-orang (Ansar) yang memberi tempat kediaman dan pertolongan (kepada orang-orang Islam yang berhijrah itu), merekalah orang-orang yang beriman dengan sebenar-benarnya. Mereka beroleh keampunan dan limpah kurnia yang mulia. (74) Dan orang-orang yang beriman sesudah itu, kemudian mereka berhijrah dan berjihad bersama-sama kamu, maka adalah mereka dari golongan kamu. Dalam pada itu, orang-orang yang mempunyai pertalian kerabat, setengahnya lebih berhak atas setengahnya yang (lain) menurut (hukum) Kitab Allah; sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui akan tiap-tiap sesuatu. (75)

SURA DE LOS BOTINES DE GUERRA ¡Profeta! Di a los prisioneros que tengáis en vuestras manos: Si Allah sabe de algún bien en vuestros corazones, os concederá también algún bien de aquello que se os quitó y os perdonará.Allah es Perdonador y Compasivo. (70) Pero si quieren traicionarte...Ya traicionaron antes a Allah y (te) dio poder sobre ellos.Allah es Conocedor y Sabio. (71) Verdaderamente los que creen y emigraron y lucharon con sus bienes y personas en el camino de Allah y los que les dieron refugio y les auxiliaron, ésos son Mis amigos aliados y son amigos aliados entre sí.Y los que creen y no emigraron, no debéis protegerlos hasta que no emigren.Pero si os piden ayuda en defensa de la práctica de Adoración, entonces sí tenéis la obligación de ayudarles, a no ser que sea contra una gente con la que hayáis hecho algún pacto.Allah ve lo que hacéis. (72) Los que no creen son amigos aliados unos de otros. Si no lo hacéis habrá conflicto en la tierra y una gran corrupción. (73) Y los que hayan creído y hayan emigrado y luchado en el camino de Allah, así como los que les hayan dado refugio y auxilio, éstos son los creyentes de verdad.Tendrán perdón y una generosa provisión. (74) Y los que creyeron después, emigraron y lucharon con vosotros, ésos son de los vuestros.Y los que tienen lazos de consanguinidad, tienen más derecho los unos con respecto a los otros en el Libro de Allah.Ciertamente Allah es Conocedor de cada cosa.
