يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ جَاهِدِ الْكُفَّارَ وَالْمُنَافِقِينَ وَاغْلُظْ عَلَيْهِمْ وَمَأْوَاهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ {73} يَحْلِفُونَ بِاللّهِ مَا قَالُواْ وَلَقَدْ قَالُواْ كَلِمَةَ الْكُفْرِ وَكَفَرُواْ بَعْدَ إِسْلاَمِهِمْ وَهَمُّواْ بِمَا لَمْ يَنَالُواْ وَمَا نَقَمُواْ إِلاَّ أَنْ أَغْنَاهُمُ اللّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ فَإِن يَتُوبُواْ يَكُ خَيْراً لَّهُمْ وَإِن يَتَوَلَّوْا يُعَذِّبْهُمُ اللّهُ عَذَاباً أَلِيماً فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ وَمَا لَهُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ مِن وَلِيٍّ وَلاَ نَصِيرٍ {74} وَمِنْهُم مَّنْ عَاهَدَ اللّهَ لَئِنْ آتَانَا مِن فَضْلِهِ لَنَصَّدَّقَنَّ وَلَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ {75} فَلَمَّا آتَاهُم مِّن فَضْلِهِ بَخِلُواْ بِهِ وَتَوَلَّواْ وَّهُم مُّعْرِضُونَ {76} فَأَعْقَبَهُمْ نِفَاقاً فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ إِلَى يَوْمِ يَلْقَوْنَهُ بِمَا أَخْلَفُواْ اللّهَ مَا وَعَدُوهُ وَبِمَا كَانُواْ يَكْذِبُونَ {77} أَلَمْ يَعْلَمُواْ أَنَّ اللّهَ يَعْلَمُ سِرَّهُمْ وَنَجْوَاهُمْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ عَلاَّمُ الْغُيُوبِ {78} الَّذِينَ يَلْمِزُونَ الْمُطَّوِّعِينَ مِنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ فِي الصَّدَقَاتِ وَالَّذِينَ لاَ يَجِدُونَ إِلاَّ جُهْدَهُمْ فَيَسْخَرُونَ مِنْهُمْ سَخِرَ اللّهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ {79} سورة التوبة (9) ص

Al-Tawba Ey Peygamber! Kafirlere ve münafıklara karşı cihad et, onlara karşı sert davran. Onların varacakları yer cehennemdir. O ne kötü bir varış yeridir! (73) (Ey Muhammed! O sözleri) söylemediklerine dair Allah`a yemin ediyorlar. Halbuki o küfür sözünü elbette söylediler ve müslüman olduktan sonra kafir oldular. Başaramadıkları bir şeye (Peygambere suikast yapmaya) de yeltendiler. Ve sırf Allah ve Resûlü kendi lütuflarından onları zenginleştirdiği için öç almaya kalkıştılar. Eğer tevbe ederlerse onlar için daha hayırlı olur. Yüz çevirirlerse Allah onları dünyada da, ahirette de elem verici bir azaba çarptıracaktır. Yeryüzünde onların ne dostu ne de yardımcısı vardır. (74) Onlardan kimi de, Eğer Allah lütuf ve kereminden bize verirse, mutlaka sadaka vereceğiz ve elbette biz salihlerden olacağız! diye Allah`a and içti. (75) Fakat Allah lütfundan onlara (zenginlik) verince, onda cimrilik edip (Allah`ın emrinden) yüz çevirerek sözlerinden döndüler. (76) Nihayet, Allah`a verdikleri sözden döndüklerinden ve yalan söylediklerinden dolayı Allah, kendisiyle karşılaşacakları güne kadar onların kalbine nifak (iki yüzlülük) soktu. (77) (Münafıklar), Allah`ın, onların sırrını da fısıltılarını da bildiğini ve gaybları (gizli şeyleri) çok iyi bilen olduğunu hâla anlamadılar mı? (78) Sadakalar hususunda, müminlerden gönüllü verenleri ve güçlerinin yettiğinden başkasını bulamayanları çekiştirip onlarla alay edenler var ya, Allah işte onları maskaraya çevirmiştir. Ve onlar için elem verici azap vardır. (79)

Al-Tawba O Prophet, kämpfe gegen die Ungläubigen und die Heuchler. Und sei streng mit ihnen. Ihre Herberge ist Dschahannam, und schlimm ist das Ende. (73) Sie schwören bei Allah, daß sie nichts gesagt hätten, doch sie führten unzweifelhaft lästerliche Rede, und sie fielen in den Unglauben zurück, nachdem sie den Islam angenommen hatten. Sie begehrten das, was sie nicht erreichen konnten. Und sie nährten nur darum Haß, weil Allah und Sein Gesandter sie in Seiner Huld reich gemacht hatten. Wenn sie nun bereuen, so wird es besser für sie sein; wenden sie sich jedoch (vom Glauben) ab, so wird Allah sie in dieser Welt und im Jenseits mit schmerzlicher Strafe bestrafen, und sie haben auf Erden weder Freund noch Helfer. (74) "Und unter ihnen sind so manche, die Allah versprachen: ""Wenn Er uns aus Seiner Fülle gibt, dann wollen wir bestimmt Almosen geben und rechtschaffen sein."" (75) "Doch als Er ihnen dann aus Seiner Fülle gab, geizten sie damit und wandten sich in Abneigung ab. (76) Zur Vergeltung pflanzte Er Heuchelei in ihre Herzen. (Sie währt) bis zu dem Tage, an dem sie Ihm begegnen werden, weil sie Allah nicht gehalten haben, was sie Ihm versprochen hatten, und weil sie gelogen hatten. (77) Wußten sie denn nicht, daß Allah ihre Geheimnisse und ihre vertraulichen Beratungen kennt, und daß Allah der Kenner des Verborgenen ist? (78) Diejenigen, die da jene Gläubigen schelten, die freiwillig Almosen geben, wie auch jene, die nichts (zu geben) finden als ihre eigene Leistung, und sie deswegen verhöhnen, denen wird Allah ihren Hohn vergelten, und ihnen wird eine schmerzliche Strafe zuteil sein. (79)

Al-Tawba O Prophet (Muhammad SAW)! Strive hard against the disbelievers and the hypocrites, and be harsh against them, their abode is Hell, - and worst indeed is that destination. (73) They swear by Allâh that they said nothing (bad), but really they said the word of disbelief, and they disbelieved after accepting Islâm, and they resolved that (plot to murder Prophet Muhammad SAW) which they were unable to carry out, and they could not find any cause to do so except that Allâh and His Messenger had enriched them of His Bounty. If then they repent, it will be better for them, but if they turn away, Allâh will punish them with a painful torment in this worldly life and in the Hereafter. And there is none for them on earth as a Walî (supporter, protector) or a helper. (74) And of them are some who made a covenant with Allâh (saying): "If He bestowed on us of His Bounty, we will verily, give Sadaqâh (Zakât and voluntary charity in Allâh's Cause) and will be certainly among those who are righteous." (75) Then when He gave them of His Bounty, they became niggardly [refused to pay the Sadaqâh (Zakât or voluntary charity)], and turned away, averse. (76) So He punished them by putting hypocrisy into their hearts till the Day whereon they shall meet Him, because they broke that (covenant with Allâh) which they had promised to Him and because they used to tell lies. (77) Know they not that Allâh knows their secret ideas, and their Najwa[] (secret counsels), and that Allâh is the All-Knower of the unseen. (78) Those who defame such of the believers who give charity (in Allâh's Cause) voluntarily, and such who could not find to give charity (in Allâh's Cause) except what is available to them, so they mock at them (believers), Allâh will throw back their mockery on them, and they shall have a painful torment. (79)

Al-Tawba O Prophet! strive hard against the Unbelievers and the Hypocrites, and be firm against them. Their abode is Hell― an evil refuge indeed. (73) They swear by Allah that they said nothing (evil), but indeed they uttered blasphemy, and they did it after accepting Islam; and they meditated a plot which they were unable to carry out: this revenge of theirs was (their) only return for the bounty with which Allah and His Messenger had enriched them! If they repent, it will be best for them; but if they turn back (to their evil ways), Allah will punish them with a grievous penalty in this life and in the Hereafter: they shall have none on earth to protect or help them. (74) Amongst them are men who made a covenant with Allah, that if He bestowed on them of His bounty they would give (largely) in charity, and be truly amongst those who are righteous. (75) But when He did bestow of His bounty, they became misers and turned back (from their covenant), averse (from its fulfillment). (76) So He hath put as a consequence hypocrisy into their hearts, (to last) till the Day whereon they shall meet Him: because they broke their Covenant with Allah, and because they lied (again and again). (77) Know they not that Allah doth know their secret (thoughts) and their secret counsels, and that Allah knoweth well all things unseen? (78) Those who slander such of the Believers as give themselves freely to (deeds of) charity as well as such as can find nothing to give except the fruits of their labour and throw ridicule on them,― Allah will throw back their ridicule on them: and they shall have a grievous penalty. (79)

LE D?SAVEU ou LE REPENTIR Ô Prophète, lutte contre les mécréants et les hypocrites, et sois rude avec eux; l’Enfer sera leur refuge, et quelle mauvaise destination! (73) Ils jurent par Allah qu’ils n’ont pas dit (ce qu’ils ont proféré), alors qu’en vérité ils ont dit la parole de la mécréance et ils ont rejeté la foi après avoir été musulmans. Ils ont projeté ce qu’ils n’ont pu accomplir. Mais ils n’ont pas de reproche à faire si ce n’est qu’Allah - ainsi que Son messager - les a enrichis par Sa grâce. S’ils se repentaient, ce serait mieux pour eux. Et s’ils tournent le dos, Allah les châtiera d’un douloureux châtiment, ici-bas et dans l’au-delà; et ils n’auront sur terre ni allié ni secoureur(1). (74) Et parmi eux il en est qui avaient pris l’engagement envers Allah: «S’Il nous donne de Sa grâce, nous payerons, certes, la Zakāt, et serons du nombre des gens de bien». (75) Mais, lorsqu’Il leur donna de Sa grâce, ils s’en montrèrent avares et tournèrent le dos en faisant volte-face. (76) Il a donc suscité l’hypocrisie dans leurs cœurs, et cela jusqu’au jour où ils Le rencontreront, pour avoir violé ce qu’ils avaient promis à Allah et pour avoir menti. (77) Ne savent-ils pas qu’Allah connaît leur secret et leurs conversations confidentielles et qu’Allah connaît parfaitement les (choses) inconnaissables. (78) Ceux-là qui dirigent leurs calomnies contre les croyants qui font des aumônes volontaires et contre ceux qui ne trouvent que leurs faibles moyens (à offrir), et ils se moquent alors d’eux. Qu’Allah les raille. Et ils auront un châtiment douloureux. (79)

PENGAMPUNAN Hai Nabi, berjihadlah [melawan] orang-orang kafir dan orang-orang munafik itu, dan bersikap keraslah terhadap mereka. Tempat mereka ialah neraka Jahannam. Dan itulah tempat kembali yang seburuk-buruknya. (73) Mereka [orang-orang munafik itu] bersumpah dengan [nama] Allah, bahwa mereka tidak mengatakan [sesuatu yang menyakitimu]. Sesungguhnya mereka telah mengucapkan perkataan kekafiran, dan telah menjadi kafir sesudah Islam, dan mengingini apa yang mereka tidak dapat mencapainya; [1] dan mereka tidak mencela [Allah dan Rasul-Nya], kecuali karena Allah dan Rasul-Nya telah melimpahkan karunia-Nya kepada mereka. Maka jika mereka bertaubat, itu adalah lebih baik bagi mereka, dan jika mereka berpaling, niscaya Allah akan mengazab mereka dengan azab yang pedih di dunia dan di akhirat; dan mereka sekali-kali tidak mempunyai pelindung dan tidak [pula] penolong di muka bumi. (74) Dan di antara mereka ada orang yang telah berikrar kepada Allah: "Sesungguhnya jika Allah memberikan sebahagian karunia-Nya kepada kami, pastilah kami akan bersedekah dan pastilah kami termasuk orang-orang yang saleh. (75) Maka setelah Allah memberikan kepada mereka sebahagian dari karunia-Nya, mereka kikir dengan karunia itu, dan berpaling, dan mereka memanglah orang-orang yang selalu membelakangi [kebenaran]. (76) Maka Allah menimbulkan kemunafikan pada hati mereka sampai kepada waktu mereka menemui Allah, karena mereka telah memungkiri terhadap Allah apa yang telah mereka ikrarkan kepada-Nya dan [juga] karena mereka selalu berdusta. (77) Tidakkah mereka tahu bahwasanya Allah mengetahui rahasia dan bisikan mereka, dan bahwasanya Allah amat mengetahui segala yang ghaib? (78) [Orang-orang munafik] yaitu orang-orang yang mencela orang-orang mu’min yang memberi sedekah dengan sukarela dan [mencela] orang-orang yang tidak memperoleh [untuk disedekahkan] selain sekedar kesanggupannya, maka orang-orang munafik itu menghina mereka. Allah akan membalas penghinaan mereka itu, dan untuk mereka azab yang pedih. (79)

Al-Tawba Wahai Nabi, berjihadlah menentang orang-orang kafir dan orang-orang munafik, dan bertindak keras terhadap mereka dan (sebenarnya) tempat mereka ialah Neraka Jahanam dan itulah seburuk-buruk tempat kembali. (73) Mereka bersumpah dengan nama Allah, bahawa mereka tidak mengatakan (sesuatu yang buruk terhadapmu), padahal sesungguhnya mereka telah mengatakan perkataan kufur dan mereka pula menjadi kafir sesudah melahirkan Islam, serta mereka berazam untuk melakukan apa yang mereka tidak akan dapat mencapainya (iaitu membunuhmu) dan tidaklah mereka mencaci dan mencela (Islam) melainkan setelah Allah dan RasulNya memberi kesenangan kepada mereka dari limpah kurniaNya. Oleh itu, jika mereka bertaubat, mereka akan beroleh kebaikan dan jika mereka berpaling (ingkar), Allah akan menyeksa mereka dengan azab seksa yang tidak terperi sakitnya di dunia dan di akhirat dan mereka tidak akan mendapat sesiapa pun di bumi ini, yang akan menjadi pelindung dan juga yang menjadi penolong. (74) Dan di antara mereka ada yang membuat janji dengan Allah dengan berkata: Sesungguhnya jika Allah memberi kepada kami dari limpah kurniaNya, tentulah kami akan bersedekah dan tentulah kami akan menjadi dari orang-orang yang soleh. (75) Kemudian setelah Allah memberi kepada mereka dari limpah kurniaNya, mereka bakhil dengan pemberian Allah itu, serta mereka membelakangkan janjinya dan sememangnya mereka orang-orang yang sentiasa membelakangkan (kebajikan). (76) Akibatnya Allah menimbulkan perasaan munafik dalam hati mereka (berkekalan) hingga ke masa mereka menemui Allah, kerana mereka telah memungkiri apa yang mereka janjikan kepada Allah dan juga kerana mereka sentiasa berdusta. (77) Tidakkah mereka mengetahui bahawa Allah sentiasa mengetahui akan apa yang mereka rahsiakan serta apa yang mereka bisikkan dan bahawasanya Allah Maha Mengetahui akan perkara-perkara yang ghaib? (78) Orang-orang (munafik) yang mencela sebahagian dari orang-orang yang beriman mengenai sedekah-sedekah yang mereka berikan dengan sukarela dan (mencela) orang-orang yang tidak dapat (mengadakan apa-apa untuk disedekahkan) kecuali sedikit sekadar kemampuannya, serta mereka mengejek-ejeknya, Allah akan membalas ejek-ejekan mereka dan bagi mereka (disediakan) azab seksa yang tidak terperi sakitnya. (79)

SURA AT-TAWBA ¡Profeta! Esfuérzate en la lucha contra los incrédulos y los hipócritas y sé duro con ellos, su refugio será Yahannam. ¡Qué mal porvenir! (73) Juran por Allah lo que dijeron, cuando fueron sus palabras la afirmación de la incredulidad, manifestando su incredulidad después de su Islam. Ansiaron lo que no pudieron lograr.No reprocharon otra cosa sino que Allah los enriqueció, y Su mensajero, con Su favor. Si se retractaran, arrepentidos, sería mejor para ellos, pero si se apartan... Allah los castigará en esta vida y en la Otra con un doloroso castigo, y no tendrán en la tierra ni protector ni auxiliador. (74) Los hay que pactaron con Allah: Si nos da de Su favor, daremos con generosidad y seremos rectos. (75) Pero cuando les dio de Su favor, se aferraron a él con avaricia y dieron la espalda desentendiéndose. (76) La hipocresía persistirá en sus corazones hasta el día en que se encuentren con Él, porque faltaron a Allah en lo que Le habían prometido y mintieron. (77) ¿Es que no sabían que Allah conocía sus secretos y confidencias y que Allah es Quien conoce perfectamente las cosas que no se ven? (78) Quienes hablan mal de los creyentes que dan espontáneamente y de los que no cuentan sino con el límite de su capacidad y se burlan de ellos, Allah se burlará a su vez de ellos y tendrán un castigo doloroso. (79)
