انْفِرُواْ خِفَافاً وَثِقَالاً وَجَاهِدُواْ بِأَمْوَالِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ {41} لَوْ كَانَ عَرَضاً قَرِيباً وَسَفَراً قَاصِداً لاَّتَّبَعُوكَ وَلَـكِن بَعُدَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الشُّقَّةُ وَسَيَحْلِفُونَ بِاللّهِ لَوِ اسْتَطَعْنَا لَخَرَجْنَا مَعَكُمْ يُهْلِكُونَ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَاللّهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ {42} عَفَا اللّهُ عَنكَ لِمَ أَذِنتَ لَهُمْ حَتَّى يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُواْ وَتَعْلَمَ الْكَاذِبِينَ {43} لاَ يَسْتَأْذِنُكَ الَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ أَن يُجَاهِدُواْ بِأَمْوَالِهِمْ وَأَنفُسِهِمْ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالْمُتَّقِينَ {44} إِنَّمَا يَسْتَأْذِنُكَ الَّذِينَ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَارْتَابَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ فَهُمْ فِي رَيْبِهِمْ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ {45} وَلَوْ أَرَادُواْ الْخُرُوجَ لأَعَدُّواْ لَهُ عُدَّةً وَلَـكِن كَرِهَ اللّهُ انبِعَاثَهُمْ فَثَبَّطَهُمْ وَقِيلَ اقْعُدُواْ مَعَ الْقَاعِدِينَ {46} لَوْ خَرَجُواْ فِيكُم مَّا زَادُوكُمْ إِلاَّ خَبَالاً ولأَوْضَعُواْ خِلاَلَكُمْ يَبْغُونَكُمُ الْفِتْنَةَ وَفِيكُمْ سَمَّاعُونَ لَهُمْ وَاللّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِالظَّالِمِينَ {47} سورة التوبة (9) ص

Al-Tawba (Ey müminler!) Gerek hafif, gerek ağır olarak savaşa çıkın, mallarınızla ve canlarınızla Allah yolunda cihad edin. Eğer bilirseniz, bu sizin için daha hayırlıdır. (41) Eğer yakın bir dünya malı ve kolay bir yolculuk olsaydı (o münafıklar) mutlaka sana uyup peşinden gelirlerdi. Fakat meşakkatli yol onlara uzak geldi. Gerçi onlar, "Gücümüz yetseydi mutlaka sizinle beraber çıkardık" diye kendilerini helâk edercesine Allah`a yemin edecekler. Halbuki Allah onların mutlaka yalancı olduklarını biliyor. (42) Allah seni affetti. Fakat doğru söyleyenler sana iyice belli olup, sen yalancıları bilinceye kadar onlara niçin izin verdin? (43) Allah`a ve ahiret gününe iman edenler, mallarıyla canlarıyla savaşmaktan (geri kalmak için) senden izin istemezler. Allah takvâ sahiplerini pek iyi bilir. (44) Ancak Allah`a ve ahiret gününe inanmayan, kalpleri şüpheye düşüp, kuşkuları içinde bocalayanlar senden izin isterler. (45) Eğer onlar (savaşa) çıkmak isteselerdi elbette bunun için bir hazırlık yaparlardı. Fakat Allah onların davranışlarını çirkin gördü ve onları geri koydu; onlara "Oturanlarla (kadın ve çocuklarla) beraber oturun!" denildi. (46) Eğer içinizde (onlar da savaşa) çıksalardı, size bozgunculuktan başka bir katkıları olmazdı ve mutlaka fitne çıkarmak isteyerek aranızda koşarlardı. İçinizde, onlara iyice kulak verecekler de vardır. Allah zalimleri gayet iyi bilir. (47)

Al-Tawba "Zieht aus, leicht und schwer, und kämpft mit eurem Gut und mit eurem Blut für Allahs Sache! Das ist besser für euch, wenn ihr es nur wüßtet! (41) "Hätte es sich um einen nahen Gewinn und um eine kurze Reise gehandelt, wären sie dir gewiß gefolgt, doch die schwere Reise schien ihnen zu lang. Und doch werden sie bei Allah schwören: ""Hätten wir es vermocht, wären wir sicherlich mit euch ausgezogen."" Sie fügen sich selbst Schaden zu; und Allah weiß, daß sie Lügner sind. (42) "Allah verzeiht dir! Warum erlaubtest du ihnen (zurückzubleiben), bis die, welche die Wahrheit sagten, dir bekannt wurden und du die Lügner erkanntest? (43) Diejenigen, die an Allah und an den Jüngsten Tag glauben, bitten dich nicht um Erlaubnis, nicht mit ihrem Gut und ihrem Blut kämpfen zu müssen, und Allah kennt diejenigen recht wohl, die (Ihn) fürchten. (44) Nur die werden dich um Erlaubnis bitten, (dem Kampf fernzubleiben,) die nicht an Allah und an den Jüngsten Tag glauben und deren Herzen voller Zweifel sind; und in ihrem Zweifel schwanken sie. (45) "Wären sie aber zum Ausmarsch entschlossen gewesen, hätten sie sich doch gewiß für ihn gerüstet; doch Allah wollte ihren Abmarsch nicht. So hielt Er sie zurück, und es wurde gesagt: ""Sitzet (daheim) bei den Sitzenden."" (46) "Wären sie mit euch ausgezogen, hätten sie nur eure Sorgen vermehrt und wären in eurer Mitte hin- und hergelaufen und hätten Zwietracht unter euch erregt. Und unter euch sind manche, die auf sie gehört hätten, aber Allah kennt die Frevler wohl. (47)

Al-Tawba March forth, whether you are light (being healthy, young and wealthy) or heavy (being ill, old and poor), strive hard with your wealth and your lives in the Cause of Allâh. This is better for you, if you but knew. (41) Had it been a near gain (booty in front of them) and an easy journey, they would have followed you, but the distance (Tabuk expedition) was long for them, and they would swear by Allâh, "If we only could, we would certainly have come forth with you." They destroy their ownselves, and Allâh knows that they are liars— (42) May Allâh forgive you (O Muhammad SAW). Why did you grant them leave (for remaining behind, you should have persisted as regards your order to them to proceed on Jihâd), until those who told the truth were seen by you in a clear light, and you had known the liars? (43) Those who believe in Allâh and the Last Day would not ask your leave to be exempted from fighting with their properties and their lives, and Allâh is the All-Knower of Al-Muttaqûn (the pious - see V.2:2) (44) It is only those who believe not in Allâh and the Last Day and whose hearts are in doubt that ask your leave (to be exempted from Jihâd). So in their doubts they waver. (45) And if they had intended to march out, certainly, they would have made some preparation for it, but Allâh was averse to their being sent forth, so He made them lag behind, and it was said (to them), "Sit you among those who sit (at home)." (46) Had they marched out with you, they would have added to you nothing except disorder, and they would have hurried about in your midst (spreading corruption) and sowing sedition among you, and there are some among you who would have listened to them. And Allâh is the All-Knower of the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers). (47)

Al-Tawba Go ye forth, (whether equipped) lightly or heavily, and strive and struggle, with your goods and your persons in the Cause of Allah. That is best for you if ye (but knew). (41) If there had been immediate gain (in sight) and the journey easy, they would (all) without doubt have followed thee, but the distance was long, (and weighed) on them. They would indeed swear by Allah "If we only could, we should certainly have come out with you" they would destroy their own souls; for Allah doth know that they are certainly lying. (42) Allah give thee grace! Why didst thou grant them exemption until those who told the truth were seen by thee in a clear light, and thou hadst proved the liars? (43) Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day ask thee for no exemption from fighting with their goods and persons. And Allah knoweth well those who do their duty. (44) Only those ask thee for exemption who believe not in Allah and the Last Da,y and whose hearts are in doubt so that they are tossed in their doubts, to and fro. (45) If they had intended to come out, they would certainly have made some preparation therefor; but Allah was averse to their being sent forth; so He made them lag behind and they were told "sit ye among those who sit (inactive)." (46) If they had come out with you, they would not have added to your (strength) but only (made for) disorder, hurrying to and fro in your midst and sowing sedition among you and there would have been some among you, who would have listened to them. But Allah knoweth well those who do wrong. (47)

LE D?SAVEU ou LE REPENTIR Légers ou lourds, lancez-vous au combat, et luttez avec vos biens et vos personnes dans le sentier d’Allah. Cela est meilleur pour vous, si vous saviez. (41) S’il s’était agi d’un profit facile ou d’un court voyage, ils t’auraient suivi; mais la distance leur parut longue(1). Et ils jureront par Allah: «Si nous avions pu, nous serions sortis en votre compagnie.» Ils se perdent eux-mêmes. Et Allah sait bien qu’ils mentent. (42) Qu’Allah te pardonne! Pourquoi leur as-tu donné permission(2) avant que tu ne puisses distinguer ceux qui disaient vrai et reconnaître les menteurs? (43) Ceux qui croient en Allah et au Jour dernier ne te demandent pas permission quand il s’agit de mener combat avec leurs biens et leurs personnes. Et Allah connaît bien les pieux. (44) Ne te demandent permission que ceux qui ne croient pas en Allah et au Jour dernier, et dont les cœurs sont emplis de doute. Ils ne font qu’hésiter dans leur incertitude. (45) Et s’ils avaient voulu partir (au combat), ils lui auraient fait des préparatifs. Mais leur départ répugna à Allah; Il les a rendus paresseux. Et il leur fut dit: «Restez avec ceux qui restent»(3). (46) S’ils étaient sortis avec vous, ils n’auraient fait qu’accroître votre trouble et jeter la dissension dans vos rangs, cherchant à créer la discorde entre vous. Et il y en a parmi vous qui les écoutent. Et Allah connaît bien les injustes. (47)

PENGAMPUNAN Berangkatlah kamu baik dalam keadaan merasa ringan ataupun merasa berat, dan berjihadlah dengan harta dan dirimu di jalan Allah. Yang demikian itu adalah lebih baik bagimu jika kamu mengetahui. (41) Kalau yang kamu serukan kepada mereka itu keuntungan yang mudah diperoleh dan perjalanan yang tidak berapa jauh, pastilah mereka mengikutimu, tetapi tempat yang dituju itu amat jauh terasa oleh mereka. Mereka akan bersumpah dengan [nama] Allah: "Jika kami sanggup tentulah kami berangkat bersama-samamu" Mereka membinasakan diri mereka sendiri [1] dan Allah mengetahui bahwa sesungguhnya mereka benar-benar orang-orang yang berdusta. (42) Semoga Allah mema’afkanmu. Mengapa kamu memberi izin kepada mereka [untuk tidak pergi berperang], sebelum jelas bagimu orang-orang yang benar [dalam keuzurannya] dan sebelum kamu ketahui orang-orang yang berdusta? (43) Orang-orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari kemudian, tidak akan meminta izin kepadamu untuk [tidak ikut] berjihad dengan harta dan diri mereka. Dan Allah mengetahui orang-orang yang bertakwa. (44) Sesungguhnya yang akan meminta izin kepadamu, hanyalah orang-orang yang tidak beriman kepada Allah dan hari kemudian, dan hati mereka ragu-ragu, karena itu mereka selalu bimbang dalam keragu-raguannya. (45) Dan jika mereka mau berangkat, tentulah mereka menyiapkan persiapan untuk keberangkatan itu, tetapi Allah tidak menyukai keberangkatan mereka, maka Allah melemahkan keinginan mereka, dan dikatakan kepada mereka: "Tinggallah kamu bersama orang-orang yang tinggal itu." (46) Jika mereka berangkat bersama-sama kamu, niscaya mereka tidak menambah kamu selain dari kerusakan belaka, dan tentu mereka akan bergegas-gegas maju ke muka di celah-celah barisanmu, untuk mengadakan kekacauan di antaramu; sedang di antara kamu ada orang-orang yang amat suka mendengarkan perkataan mereka. Dan Allah mengetahui orang-orang yang zalim. (47)

Al-Tawba Pergilah kamu beramai-ramai (untuk berperang pada jalan Allah), samada dengan keadaan ringan (dan mudah bergerak) ataupun dengan keadaan berat (disebabkan berbagai-bagai tanggungjawab) dan berjihadlah dengan harta benda dan jiwa kamu pada jalan Allah (untuk membela Islam). Yang demikian amatlah baik bagi kamu, jika kamu mengetahui. (41) Kalau apa yang engkau serukan kepada mereka (wahai Muhammad) sesuatu yang berfaedah yang sudah didapati dan satu perjalanan yang sederhana (tidak begitu jauh), nescaya mereka (yang munafik itu) akan mengikutmu; tetapi tempat yang hendak dituju itu jauh bagi mereka dan mereka akan bersumpah dengan nama Allah dengan berkata: Kalau kami sanggup, tentulah kami akan pergi bersama kamu. (Dengan sumpah dusta itu) mereka membinasakan diri mereka sendiri, sedang Allah mengetahui bahawa sesungguhnya mereka itu orang-orang yang berdusta (tentang tidak sanggupnya mengikutmu). (42) Allah memaafkanmu (wahai Muhammad), mengapa engkau izinkan mereka (tidak turut berperang) sebelum nyata bagimu orang-orang yang benar dan (sebelum) engkau mengetahui orang-orang yang berdusta? (43) Orang-orang yang beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhirat, tidak akan meminta izin kepadamu untuk (tidak turut) berjihad dengan harta benda dan jiwa mereka dan (ingatlah) Allah Maha Mengetahui akan orang-orang yang bertakwa. (44) Sesungguhnya yang akan meminta izin kepadamu hanyalah orang-orang yang tidak beriman kepada Allah dan hari akhirat dan yang hati mereka (sangat) ragu-ragu. Oleh itu mereka sentiasa bingung teragak-agak dalam keraguannya. (45) Dan kalaulah mereka mahu keluar (untuk turut berperang), tentulah mereka menyediakan persiapan untuknya; tetapi Allah tidak suka pemergian mereka, lalu dilemahkanNya semangat mereka dan dikatakan (oleh Syaitan): Tinggallah kamu bersama-sama orang-orang yang tinggal. (46) Kalaulah mereka keluar bersama kamu, tidaklah mereka menambahkan kamu melainkan kerosakan dan tentulah mereka segera menjalankan hasutan di antara kamu, (dengan tujuan) hendak menimbulkan fitnah (kekacauan) dalam kalangan kamu; sedang di antara kamu ada orang yang suka mendengar hasutan mereka dan (ingatlah) Allah Maha Mengetahui akan orang-orang yang zalim. (47)

SURA AT-TAWBA Ligeros o no, salid de incursión y luchad con vuestros bienes y personas en el camino de Allah.Eso es mejor para vosotros si sabéis. (41) Si hubiera sido por una ganancia muy asequible o un viaje a media distancia te habrían seguido, pero les pareció lejos*.Y jurarán por Allah: Si hubiéramos podido, habríamos salido con vosotros. Se perderán a sí mismos y Allah sabe que mienten. (42) ¡Que Allah te disculpe! ¿Por qué les diste dispensa antes de que se te hiciera claro quiénes eran los sinceros y antes de saber quiénes eran los que mentían? (43) Los que creían en Allah y en el Último Día no te pidieron dispensa para no luchar con sus bienes y personas.Allah conoce a los que Le temen. (44) Fueron, por el contrario, los que no creían en Allah ni en el Último Día, quienes te pideron dispensa, ésos cuyos corazones dudaron y, en su duda, vacilaron. (45) Si hubieran querido salir, se habrían preparado para ello.Pero a Allah le desagradó enviarlos y los detuvo; y se les dijo: ¡Permaneced con los que se quedan! (46) Si hubieran salido con vosotros, no habrían hecho sino añadir confusión, se hubieran precipitado en difundir rumores entre vosotros buscando la discordia y algunos les habrían escuchado.Allah conoce a los injustos. (47)
