وَعْدَ اللَّهِ لَا يُخْلِفُ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ وَلَكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ {6} يَعْلَمُونَ ظَاهِراً مِّنَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ عَنِ الْآخِرَةِ هُمْ غَافِلُونَ {7} أَوَلَمْ يَتَفَكَّرُوا فِي أَنفُسِهِمْ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى وَإِنَّ كَثِيراً مِّنَ النَّاسِ بِلِقَاء رَبِّهِمْ لَكَافِرُونَ {8} أَوَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَانُوا أَشَدَّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً وَأَثَارُوا الْأَرْضَ وَعَمَرُوهَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا عَمَرُوهَا وَجَاءتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَمَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَكِن كَانُوا أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ {9} ثُمَّ كَانَ عَاقِبَةَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاؤُوا السُّوأَى أَن كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَكَانُوا بِهَا يَسْتَهْزِئُون {10} اللَّهُ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ {11} وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ يُبْلِسُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ {12} وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُم مِّن شُرَكَائِهِمْ شُفَعَاء وَكَانُوا بِشُرَكَائِهِمْ كَافِرِينَ {13} وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَفَرَّقُونَ {14} فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فَهُمْ فِي رَوْضَةٍ يُحْبَرُونَ {15} سورة الروم (30) ص

(Bu) Allah`ın vadettiğidir. Allah vaadinden caymaz; fakat insanların çoğu bilmezler. (6) Onlar, dünya hayatının görünen yüzünü bilirler. Ahiretten ise, onlar tamamen gafildirler. (7) Kendi kendilerine, Allah`ın, gökleri, yeri ve ikisinin arasında bulunanları ancak hak olarak ve muayyen bir süre için yarattığını hiç düşünmediler mi? İnsanların birçoğu, Rablerine kavuşmayı gerçekten inkar etmektedirler. (8) Onlar, yeryüzünde gezip de kendilerinden öncekilerin âkıbetlerinin nice olduğuna bakmadılar mı? Ki onlar, kendilerinden daha güçlü idiler; yeryüzünü kazıp altüst etmişler, onu bunların imar ettiklerinden daha çok imar etmişlerdi. Peygamberleri, onlara da nice açık deliller getirmişlerdi. Zaten Allah onlara zulmedecek değildi; fakat onlar kendi kendilerine zulmetmekteydiler. (9) Sonunda, Allah`ın âyetlerini yalan sayarak ve onları alaya alarak kötülük yapanların âkıbetleri pek fena oldu. (10) Allah, ilkin mahlûkunu yaratır, (ölümden) sonra da bunu (yaratmayı), tekrarlar. Sonunda hep O`na döndürüleceksiniz. (11) Kıyametin kopacağı gün, günahkârlar (ümitsizlik içinde) susacaklardır. (12) (Allah`a koştukları) ortaklarından kendilerine hiçbir şefaatçi çıkmayacaktır. Zaten onlar, ortaklarını da inkar edeceklerdir. (13) Kıyamet kopacağı gün, işte o gün (müminlerle inkarcılar) birbirlerinden ayrılacaklardır. (14) İman edip iyi işler yapanlara gelince, onlar, cennette nimetlere ve sevince mazhar olacaklardır. (15)

(Das ist) die Verheißung Allahs - Allah bricht Seine Verheißung nicht -; allein die meisten Menschen wissen es nicht. (6) Sie kennen nur die Außenseite des diesseitigen Lebens; das Jenseits aber beachten sie nicht. (7) Haben sie sich denn über sich selbst keine Gedanken gemacht? Allah hat die Himmel und die Erde und das, was zwischen beiden ist, nur in gerechter Weise und für eine bestimmte Frist geschaffen. Doch wahrlich, viele der Menschen glauben nicht an die Begegnung mit ihrem Herrn. (8) Sind sie denn nicht im Lande umhergezogen, so daß sie schauen konnten, wie das Ende derer war, die vor ihnen lebten? Jene waren noch mächtiger als sie, und sie bebauten das Land und bevölkerten es mehr, als diese es bevölkert haben. Und ihre Gesandten kamen mit den Beweisen zu ihnen. Und nicht Allah wollte ihnen Unrecht antun, sondern sie taten sich selbst Unrecht. (9) Böse war dann das Ende derer, die Böses begingen, weil sie die Zeichen Allahs verwarfen und über sie zu spotten pflegten. (10) Allah bringt die Schöpfung hervor; sodann läßt er sie wiederholen; dann werdet ihr zu Ihm zurückgebracht. (11) Und an dem Tage, da die Stunde herankommt, werden die Schuldigen von Verzweiflung überwältigt sein. (12) Denn keiner von ihren Partnern wird ihr Fürsprecher sein; und sie werden ihre Partner verleugnen. (13) Und an dem Tage, da die Stunde herankommt, an jenem Tage werden sie voneinander getrennt sein. (14) Was nun die betrifft, die glaubten und gute Werke taten, so werden sie in einem Garten Glück finden. (15)

(It is) a Promise of Allâh (i.e. Allâh will give victory to the Romans against the Persians), and Allâh fails not in His Promise, but most of men know not. (6) They know only the outside appearance of the life of the world (i.e. the matters of their livelihood, like irrigating or sowing or reaping, etc.), and they are heedless of the Hereafter. (7) Do they not think deeply (in their ownselves) about themselves (how Allâh created them from nothing, and similarly He will resurrect them)? Allâh has created not the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, except with truth and for an appointed term. And indeed many of mankind deny the Meeting with their Lord. [See Tafsir At¬Tabarî] (8) Do they not travel in the land, and see what was the end of those before them? They were superior to them in strength, and they tilled the earth and populated it in greater numbers than these (pagans) have done, and there came to them their Messengers with clear proofs. Surely, Allâh wronged them not, but they used to wrong themselves. (9) Then evil was the end of those who did evil, because they belied the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, Messengers, etc.) of Allâh and made mockery of them. (10) Allâh (Alone) originates the creation, then He will repeat it, then to Him you will be returned. (11) And on the Day when the Hour will be established, the Mujrimûn (disbelievers, sinners, criminals, polytheists) will be plunged into destruction with (deep regrets, sorrows, and) despair. (12) No intercessors will they have from those whom they made equal with Allâh (partners i.e. their so¬called associate gods), and they will (themselves) reject and deny their partners. (13) And on the Day when the Hour will be established, that Day shall (all men) be separated (i.e the believers will be separated from the disbelievers). (14) Then as for those who believed (in the Oneness of Allâh - Islâmic Monotheism) and did righteous good deeds, such shall be honoured and made to enjoy luxurious life (forever) in a Garden of Delight (Paradise). (15)

(It is) the promise of Allah. Never does Allah depart from His promise: but most men understand not. (6) They know but the outer (things) in the life of this world: but of the End of things they are heedless. (7) Do they not reflect in their own minds? Not but for just ends and for a term appointed, did Allah create the heavens and the earth, and all between them: yet are there truly many among men who deny the meeting with their Lord (at the Resurrection)! (8) Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the End of those before them? They were superior to them in strength: they tilled the soil and populated it in greater numbers than these have done: there came to them their messengers with Clear (Signs) (which they rejected, to their own destruction): it was not Allah, Who wronged them but they wronged their own souls. (9) In the long run evil in the extreme will be the End of those who do evil; for that they rejected the Signs of Allah and held them up to ridicule. (10) It is Allah Who begins (the process of) creation; then repeats it; then shall ye be brought back to Him. (11) On the Day that the Hour will be established, the guilty will be struck dumb with despair. (12) No intercessor will they have among their "Partners" and they will (themselves) reject their "Partners." (13) On the Day that the Hour will be established that Day shall (all men) be sorted out. (14) Then those who have believed and worked righteous deeds, shall be made happy in a Mead of Delight. (15)

C’est [là] la promesse d’Allah. Allah ne manque jamais à Sa promesse mais la plupart des gens ne savent pas. (6) Ils connaissent un aspect de la vie présente, tandis qu’ils sont inattentifs à l’au-delà. (7) N’ont-ils pas médité en eux-mêmes? Allah n’a créé les cieux et la terre et ce qui est entre eux, qu’à juste raison et pour un terme fixé. Beaucoup de gens cependant ne croient pas en la rencontre de leur Seigneur. (8) N’ont-ils pas parcouru la terre pour voir ce qu’il est advenu de ceux qui ont vécu avant eux? Ceux-là les surpassaient en puissance et avaient labouré et peuplé la terre bien plus qu’ils ne l’ont fait eux-mêmes. Leurs messagers leur vinrent avec des preuves évidentes. Ce n’est pas Allah qui leur fit du tort; mais ils se firent du tort à eux-mêmes. (9) Puis, mauvaise fut la fin de ceux qui faisaient le mal, ayant traité de mensonges les versets d’Allah et les ayant raillés. (10) C’est Allah qui commence la création; ensuite Il la refait; puis, vers Lui vous serez ramenés. (11) Et le jour où l’Heure arrivera, les criminels seront frappés de désespoir. (12) Et ils n’auront point d’intercesseurs parmi ceux qu’ils associaient [à Allah] et ils renieront même leurs divinités. (13) Le jour où l’Heure arrivera, ce jour-là ils se sépareront [les uns des autres]. (14) Ceux qui auront cru et accompli de bonnes œuvres se réjouiront dans un jardin (15)

[sebagai] janji yang sebenar-benarnya dari Allah. Allah tidak akan menyalahi janji-Nya, tetapi kebanyakan manusia tidak mengetahui. (6) Mereka hanya mengetahui yang lahir [saja] dari kehidupan dunia; sedang mereka tentang [kehidupan] akhirat adalah lalai. (7) Dan mengapa mereka tidak memikirkan tentang [kejadian] diri mereka?, Allah tidak menjadikan langit dan bumi dan apa yang ada di antara keduanya melainkan dengan [tujuan] yang benar dan waktu yang ditentukan. Dan sesungguhnya kebanyakan di antara manusia benar-benar ingkar akan pertemuan dengan Tuhannya. (8) Dan apakah mereka tidak mengadakan perjalanan di muka bumi dan memperhatikan bagaimana akibat [yang diderita] oleh orang-orang yang sebelum mereka? Orang-orang itu adalah lebih kuat dari mereka [sendiri] dan telah mengolah bumi [tanah] serta memakmurkannya lebih banyak dari apa yang telah mereka makmurkan. Dan telah datang kepada mereka rasul-rasul mereka dengan membawa bukti-bukti yang nyata. Maka Allah sekali-kali tidak berlaku zalim kepada mereka, akan tetapi merekalah yang berlaku zalim kepada diri sendiri. (9) Kemudian, akibat orang-orang yang mengerjakan kejahatan adalah [azab] yang lebih buruk, karena mereka mendustakan ayat-ayat Allah dan mereka selalu memperolok-oloknya. (10) Allah menciptakan [manusia] dari permulaan, kemudian mengembalikan [menghidupkan]nya kembali; kemudian kepada-Nyalah kamu dikembalikan. (11) Dan pada hari terjadinya kiamat, orang-orang yang berdosa terdiam berputus asa. (12) Dan sekali-kali tidak ada pemberi syafa’at [1] bagi mereka dari berhala-berhala mereka dan adalah mereka mengingkari berhala mereka itu [2]. (13) Dan pada hari terjadinya kiamat, di hari itu mereka [manusia] bergolong-golongan. (14) Adapun orang-orang yang beriman dan mengerjakan amal saleh, maka mereka di dalam taman [surga] bergembira. (15)

Demikian dijanjikan Allah. Allah tidak pernah mengubah janjiNya, akan tetapi kebanyakan manusia tidak mengetahui (hakikat yang sebenarnya). (6) Mereka hanya mengetahui perkara yang zahir nyata dari kehidupan dunia sahaja, dan mereka tidak pernah ingat hendak mengambil tahu tentang hari akhirat. (7) Patutkah mereka merasa cukup dengan mengetahui yang demikian sahaja dan tidak memikirkan dalam hati mereka, (supaya mereka dapat mengetahui), bahawa Allah tidak menciptakan langit dan bumi serta segala yang ada di antara keduanya itu melainkan dengan ada gunanya yang sebenar dan dengan ada masa penghujungnya yang tertentu, (juga untuk kembali menemui Penciptanya)? Dan sebenarnya banyak di antara manusia, orang-orang yang sungguh ingkar akan pertemuan dengan Tuhannya. (8) Tidakkah mereka telah berjalan dan mengembara di muka bumi, serta memerhatikan bagaimana kesudahan orang-orang yang terdahulu dari mereka? Orang-orang itu lebih kuat daripada mereka sendiri dan orang-orang itu telah meneroka bumi serta memakmurkannya lebih daripada kemakmuran yang dilakukan oleh mereka dan orang-orang itu juga telah didatangi oleh Rasul-rasulnya dengan membawa keterangan-keterangan yang jelas nyata (lalu mereka mendustakannya dan kesudahannya mereka dibinasakan). Dengan yang demikian, maka Allah tidak sekali-kali menganiaya mereka, tetapi merekalah yang menganiaya diri sendiri. (9) Sesudah dibinasakan di dunia maka akibat orang-orang yang melakukan kejahatan itu ialah seburuk-buruk azab (di akhirat kelak), disebabkan mereka mendustakan ayat-ayat keterangan Allah dan sentiasa mempersendakannya. (10) Allah memulakan kejadian sekalian makhluk, kemudian Dia mengembalikannya (hidup semula pada hari kiamat), kemudian kepadaNyalah kamu akan dikembalikan (untuk menerima balasan). (11) Dan semasa berlakunya hari kiamat, orang-orang yang berdosa akan diam membisu serta berputus asa. (12) Dan makhluk-makhluk yang mereka jadikan sekutu-sekutu Allah itu tidak ada satupun daripadanya pemberi syafaat melepaskan mereka (dari azab Allah), padahal mereka berlaku kufur di dunia dahulu dengan sebab makhluk-makhluk yang mereka sekutukan (dengan Allah) itu. (13) Dan semasa berlakunya kiamat, mereka pada hari itu akan berpecah kepada dua kumpulan (setelah selesai perbicaraan). (14) Adapun kumpulan orang-orang yang beriman dan beramal soleh, maka mereka akan ditempatkan di taman Syurga dalam keadaan bersuka ria. (15)

Promesa de Allah y Allah no falta a Su promesa; sin embargo la mayor parte de los hombres no saben. (6) Conocen una parte superficial de la vida del mundo pero viven despreocupados de la Otra Vida. (7) ¿Es que no han reflexionado en su interior?Allah no ha creado los cielos y la tierra y lo que hay entre ambos sino con la verdad y con un plazo fijado.Y es cierto que muchos de los hombres niegan que habrán de encontrarse con su Señor. (8) ¿Es que no han ido por la tierra y han visto cómo acabaron los que les precedieron?Eran más fuertes que ellos en poderío y cultivaron la tierra y florecieron en ella más de lo que ellos han florecido y vinieron a ellos sus mensajeros con las pruebas claras.Pero Allah no fue injusto con ellos en nada sino que fueron ellos los injustos consigo mismos. (9) Luego, aquéllos que habían cometido maldades tuvieron el peor fin, por haber negado la veracidad de los signos de Allah y haberse burlado de ellos. (10) Allah inicia la creación, luego la repite y luego volvéis a Él. (11) El día que llegue la Hora, ese día los malhechores enmudecerán desesperados. (12) No tendrán ningún intercesor entre los que ellos asociaban (a Allah) y renegarán de esos asociados. (13) El día que llegue la Hora, ese día se separarán: (14) Los que creyeron y llevaron a cabo las acciones de bien estarán deleitándose en un vergel. (15)
