وَأَنكِحُوا الْأَيَامَى مِنكُمْ وَالصَّالِحِينَ مِنْ عِبَادِكُمْ وَإِمَائِكُمْ إِن يَكُونُوا فُقَرَاء يُغْنِهِمُ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَاللَّهُ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ {32} وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحاً حَتَّى يُغْنِيَهُمْ اللَّهُ مِن فَضْلِهِ وَالَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْراً وَآتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ وَلَا تُكْرِهُوا فَتَيَاتِكُمْ عَلَى الْبِغَاء إِنْ أَرَدْنَ تَحَصُّناً لِّتَبْتَغُوا عَرَضَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَمَن يُكْرِههُّنَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ مِن بَعْدِ إِكْرَاهِهِنَّ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ {33} وَلَقَدْ أَنزَلْنَا إِلَيْكُمْ آيَاتٍ مُّبَيِّنَاتٍ وَمَثَلاً مِّنَ الَّذِينَ خَلَوْا مِن قَبْلِكُمْ وَمَوْعِظَةً لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ {34} اللَّهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ مَثَلُ نُورِهِ كَمِشْكَاةٍ فِيهَا مِصْبَاحٌ الْمِصْبَاحُ فِي زُجَاجَةٍ الزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّهَا كَوْكَبٌ دُرِّيٌّ يُوقَدُ مِن شَجَرَةٍ مُّبَارَكَةٍ زَيْتُونِةٍ لَّا شَرْقِيَّةٍ وَلَا غَرْبِيَّةٍ يَكَادُ زَيْتُهَا يُضِيءُ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَمْسَسْهُ نَارٌ نُّورٌ عَلَى نُورٍ يَهْدِي اللَّهُ لِنُورِهِ مَن يَشَاءُ وَيَضْرِبُ اللَّهُ الْأَمْثَالَ لِلنَّاسِ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ {35} فِي بُيُوتٍ أَذِنَ اللَّهُ أَن تُرْفَعَ وَيُذْكَرَ فِيهَا اسْمُهُ يُسَبِّحُ لَهُ فِيهَا بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالْآصَالِ {36} سورة النور (24) ص

Aranızdaki bekârları, kölelerinizden ve cariyelerinizden elverişli olanları evlendirin. Eğer bunlar fakir iseler, Allah kendi lütfu ile onları zenginleştirir. Allah, (lütfu) geniş olan ve (her şeyi) bilendir. (32) Evlenme imkânını bulamayanlar ise, Allah, lütfu ile kendilerini varlıklı kılıncaya kadar iffetlerini korusunlar. Ellerinizin altında bulunanlardan (köleler ve cariyelerden) mükâtebe yapmak isteyenlerle, eğer kendilerinde bir hayır (kabiliyet ve güvenilirlik) görüyorsanız, hemen mükâtebe yapın. Allah`ın size vermiş olduğu malından siz de onlara verin. Dünya hayatının geçici menfaatlerini elde edeceksiniz diye, namuslu kalmak isteyen cariyelerinizi fuhşa zorlamayın. Kim onları zor altında bırakırsa, bilinmelidir ki zorlanmalarından sonra Allah (onlar için) çok bağışlayıcı ve merhametlidir. / (33) Andolsun ki biz size (gerekeni) açık açık bildiren âyetler, sizden önce yaşayıp gitmiş olanlardan örnekler ve takvâya ulaşmış kimseler için öğütler indirdik. (34) Allah, göklerin ve yerin nurudur. O`nun nurunun temsili, içinde lamba bulunan bir kandillik gibidir. O lamba kristal bir fanus içindedir; o fanus da sanki inciye benzer bir yıldız gibidir ki, doğuya da, batıya da nisbet edilemeyen mübarek bir ağaçtan, yani zeytinden (çıkan yağdan) tutuşturulur. Onun yağı, neredeyse, kendisine ateş değmese dahi ışık verir. (Bu,) nur üstüne nurdur. Allah dilediği kimseyi nuruna eriştirir. Allah insanlara (işte böyle) temsiller getirir. Allah her şeyi bilir. / (35) (Bu kandil) birtakım evlerdedir ki, Allah (o evlerin) yücelmesine ve içlerinde isminin anılmasına izin vermiştir. Orada sabah akşam O`nu (öyle kimseler) tesbih eder ki; (36)

Und verheiratet diejenigen von euch, die ledig sind, und die guten unter euren Sklaven, männliche wie weibliche. Wenn sie arm sind, so wird Allah sie aus Seiner Fülle reich machen; denn Allah ist Allumfassend, Allwissend. (32) Und diejenigen, die keine (Gelegenheit) zur Ehe finden, sollen sich keusch halten, bis Allah sie aus Seiner Fülle reich macht. Und jene, die ihr von Rechts wegen besitzt - wenn welche von ihnen eine Freilassungsurkunde begehren, (so) stellt sie ihnen aus, falls ihr von ihnen Gutes wisset; und gebt ihnen von Allahs Reichtum, den Er euch gegeben hat. Und zwingt eure Sklavinnen nicht zur Prostitution, wenn sie ein ehrbares Leben führen wollen, nur um die Güter des irdischen Lebens zu erlangen. Werden sie aber (zur Prostitution) gezwungen, dann wird Allah gewiß nach ihrem erzwungenen Tun Allvergebend und Barmherzig (zu ihnen) sein. (33) Und wahrlich, Wir haben euch deutliche Zeichen niedergesandt und das Beispiel derer, die vor euch dahingingen, und eine Ermahnung für die Gottesfürchtigen. (34) Allah ist das Licht der Himmel und der Erde. Sein Licht ist gleich einer Nische, in der sich eine Lampe befindet: Die Lampe ist in einem Glas; das Glas gleich einem funkelnden Stern. Angezündet (wird die Lampe) von einem gesegneten Ölbaum, der weder östlich noch westlich ist, dessen Öl beinahe leuchten würde, auch wenn das Feuer es nicht berührte. Licht über Licht. Allah leitet zu Seinem Licht, wen Er will. Und Allah prägt Gleichnisse für die Menschen, und Allah kennt alle Dinge. (35) (Es ist) in Häusern, für die Allah die Erlaubnis erteilte, sie sollen errichtet werden und Sein Name soll darin verkündet werden. Darin preisen (sie) Ihn am Morgen und am Abend- (36)

And marry those among you who are single (i.e. a man who has no wife and the woman who has no husband) and (also marry) the Sâlihûn (pious, fit and capable ones) of your (male) slaves and maid-servants (female slaves). If they be poor, Allâh will enrich them out of His Bounty. And Allâh is All-Sufficent for His creatures' needs, All-Knowing (about the state of the people). (32) And let those who find not the financial means for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allâh enriches them of His Bounty. And such of your slaves as seek a writing (of emancipation), give them such writing, if you find that there is good and honesty in them. And give them something (yourselves) out of the wealth of Allâh which He has bestowed upon you. And force not your maids to prostitution, if they desire chastity, in order that you may make a gain in the (perishable) goods of this worldly life. But if anyone compels them (to prostitution), then after such compulsion, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to those women, i.e. He will forgive them because they have been forced to do this evil act unwillingly). (33) And indeed We have sent down for you Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) that make things plain, and the example of those who passed away before you, and an admonition for those who are Al-Muttaqûn (the pious and righteous persons - see V.2:2). (34) Allâh is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The parable of His Light is as (if there were) a niche and within it a lamp, the lamp is in glass, the glass as it were a brilliant star, lit from a blessed tree, an olive, neither of the east (i.e. neither it gets sun-rays only in the morning) nor of the west (i.e. nor it gets sun-rays only in the afternoon, but it is exposed to the sun all day long), whose oil would almost glow forth (of itself), though no fire touched it. Light upon Light! Allâh guides to His Light whom He wills. And Allâh sets forth parables for mankind, and Allâh is All-Knower of everything. (35) In houses (mosques), which Allâh has ordered to be raised (to be cleaned, and to be honoured), in them His Name is remembered [i.e. Adhan, Iqamah, Salat (prayers), invocations, recitation of the Quran, etc.]. Therein glorify Him (Allah) in the mornings and in the afternoons or the evenings,[] (36)

Marry those among you who are single, or the virtuous ones among your slaves, male or female: if they are in poverty, Allah will give them means out of His grace: for Allah encompasseth all, and He knoweth all things. (32) Let those who find not the wherewithal for marriage keep themselves chaste, until Allah gives them means out of His grace. And if any of your slaves ask for a deed in writing (to enable them to earn their freedom for a certain sum) give them such a deed if ye know any good in them; yea, give them something yourselves out of the means which Allah has given to you. But force not your maids to prostitution when they desire chastity, in order that ye may make a gain in the goods of this life. But if anyone compels them, yet after such compulsion, is Allah Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful (to them). (33) We have already sent down to you verses making things clear, an illustration from (the story of) people who passed away before you, and an admonition for those who fear (Allah). (34) Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as it were a brilliant star: Lit from a blessed Tree, an Olive, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light! Allah doth guide whom He will to His Light: Allah doth set forth Parables for men: and Allah doth know all things. (35) (Lit is such a light) in houses, which Allah hath permitted to be raised to honour; for the celebration, in them of His name: in them is He glorified in the mornings and in the evenings, (again and again)― (36)

Mariez les célibataires d’entre vous et les gens de bien parmi vos esclaves, hommes et femmes.(1) S’ils sont besogneux, Allah les rendra riches par Sa grâce. Car (la grâce d’) Allah est immense et Il est Omniscient. (32) Et que ceux qui n’ont pas de quoi se marier, cherchent à rester chastes jusqu’à ce qu’Allah les enrichisse par Sa grâce. Ceux de vos esclaves qui cherchent un contrat d’affranchissement, concluez ce contrat avec eux si vous reconnaissez du bien en eux; et donnez-leur des biens d’Allah qu’Il vous a accordés. Et dans votre recherche des profits passagers de la vie présente, ne contraignez pas vos femmes esclaves à la prostitution, si elles veulent rester chastes.(2) Si on les y contraint, Allah leur accorde après qu’elles aient été contraintes, Son pardon et Sa miséricorde. (33) Nous avons effectivement fait descendre vers vous des versets clairs, donnant une parabole de ceux qui ont vécu avant vous, et une exhortation pour les pieux! (34) Allah est la Lumière des cieux et de la terre. Sa lumière est semblable à une niche où se trouve une lampe. La lampe est dans un (récipient de) cristal et celui-ci ressemble à un astre de grand éclat; son combustible vient d’un arbre béni: un olivier ni oriental ni occidental dont l’huile semble éclairer sans même que le feu la touche. Lumière sur lumière. Allah guide vers Sa lumière qui Il veut. Allah propose aux hommes des paraboles et Allah est Omniscient. (35) Dans des maisons [des mosquées] qu’Allah a permis que l’on élève, et où Son Nom est invoqué; Le glorifient en elles matin et après-midi, (36)

Dan kawinkanlah orang-orang yang sendirian [1] di antara kamu, dan orang-orang yang layak [berkawin] dari hamba-hamba sahayamu yang lelaki dan hamba-hamba sahayamu yang perempuan. Jika mereka miskin Allah akan memampukan mereka dengan karunia-Nya. Dan Allah Maha luas [pemberian-Nya] lagi Maha Mengetahui. (32) Dan orang-orang yang tidak mampu kawin hendaklah menjaga kesucian [diri]nya, sehingga Allah memampukan mereka dengan karunia-Nya. Dan budak-budak yang kamu miliki yang menginginkan perjanjian, hendaklah kamu buat perjanjian dengan mereka [2], jika kamu mengetahui ada kebaikan pada mereka, dan berikanlah kepada mereka sebahagian dari harta Allah yang dikaruniakan-Nya kepadamu [3]. Dan janganlah kamu paksa budak-budak wanitamu untuk melakukan pelacuran, sedang mereka sendiri mengingini kesucian, karena kamu hendak mencari keuntungan duniawi. Dan barangsiapa yang memaksa mereka, maka sesungguhnya Allah adalah Maha Pengampun lagi Maha Penyayang [kepada mereka] sesudah mereka dipaksa [itu] [4]. (33) Dan sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan kepada kamu ayat-ayat yang memberi penerangan, dan contoh-contoh dari orang-orang yang terdahulu sebelum kamu dan pelajaran bagi orang-orang yang bertakwa. (34) Allah [Pemberi] cahaya [kepada] langit dan bumi. Perumpamaan cahaya Allah, adalah seperti sebuah lubang yang tak tembus[5], yang di dalamnya ada pelita besar. Pelita itu di dalam kaca [dan] kaca itu seakan-akan bintang [yang bercahaya] seperti mutiara, yang dinyalakan dengan minyak dari pohon yang banyak berkahnya, [yaitu] pohon zaitun yang tumbuh tidak di sebelah timur [sesuatu] dan tidak pula di sebelah barat [nya] [6], yang minyaknya [saja] hampir-hampir menerangi, walaupun tidak disentuh api. Cahaya di atas cahaya [berlapis-lapis], Allah membimbing kepada cahaya-Nya siapa yang Dia kehendaki, dan Allah memperbuat perumpamaan-perumpamaan bagi manusia, dan Allah Maha Mengetahui segala sesuatu. (35) Bertasbih [7] kepada Allah di masjid-masjid yang telah diperintahkan untuk dimuliakan dan disebut nama-Nya di dalamnya, pada waktu pagi dan waktu petang, (36)

Dan kahwinkanlah orang-orang bujang (lelaki dan perempuan) dari kalangan kamu, dan orang-orang yang soleh dari hamba-hamba kamu, lelaki dan perempuan. Jika mereka miskin, Allah akan memberikan kekayaan kepada mereka dari limpah kurniaNya kerana Allah Maha Luas (rahmatNya dan limpah kurniaNya), lagi Maha Mengetahui. (32) Dan orang-orang yang tidak mempunyai kemampuan berkahwin, hendaklah mereka menjaga kehormatannya sehingga Allah memberi kekayaan kepada mereka dari limpah kurniaNya; dan hamba-hamba kamu (lelaki dan perempuan) yang hendak membuat surat perjanjian untuk memerdekakan dirinya (dengan jumlah bayaran yang tertentu), hendaklah kamu melaksanakan perjanjian itu dengan mereka jika kamu mengetahui ada sifat-sifat yang baik pada diri mereka (yang melayakkannya berbuat demikian) dan berilah kepada mereka dari harta Allah yang telah dikurniakan kepada kamu dan janganlah kamu paksakan hamba-hamba perempuan kamu melacurkan diri manakala mereka mahu menjaga kehormatannya, kerana kamu berkehendakkan kesenangan hidup di dunia. Dan sesiapa yang memaksa mereka, maka sesungguhnya Allah sesudah paksaan yang dilakukan kepada mereka Maha Pengampun, lagi Maha Mengasihani. / (33) Dan sesungguhnya, Kami telah menurunkan kepada kamu, ayat-ayat keterangan yang menjelaskan (hukum-hukum suruh dan tegah) dan contoh tauladan (mengenai kisah-kisah dan berita) orang-orang yang telah lalu sebelum kamu, serta nasihat pengajaran bagi orang-orang yang (mahu) bertakwa. (34) Allah yang menerangi langit dan bumi. Bandingan nur hidayat petunjuk Allah (Kitab Suci Al-Quran) adalah sebagai sebuah "misykaat" yang berisi sebuah lampu; lampu itu dalam geluk kaca (qandil), geluk kaca itu pula (jernih terang) laksana bintang yang bersinar cemerlang; lampu itu dinyalakan dengan minyak dari pokok yang banyak manfaatnya, (iaitu) pokok zaitun yang bukan sahaja disinari matahari semasa naiknya dan bukan sahaja semasa turunnya (tetapi ia sentiasa terdedah kepada matahari); hampir-hampir minyaknya itu dengan sendirinya memancarkan cahaya bersinar (kerana jernihnya) walaupun ia tidak disentuh api; (sinaran nur hidayat yang demikian bandingannya adalah sinaran yang berganda-ganda): cahaya berlapis cahaya. Allah memimpin sesiapa yang dikehendakiNya (menurut undang-undang dan peraturanNya) kepada nur hidayatNya itu dan Allah mengemukakan berbagai-bagai misal perbandingan untuk umat manusia dan Allah Maha Mengetahui akan tiap-tiap sesuatu. / (35) (Nur hidayat petunjuk Allah itu bersinar dengan nyatanya terutama sekali) di rumah-rumah ibadat yang diperintahkan oleh Allah supaya dimuliakan keadaannya dan disebut serta diperingat nama Allah padanya; di situ juga dikerjakan ibadat mensuci dan memuji Allah pada waktu pagi dan petang. (36)

Y casad a vuestros solteros y a vuestros esclavos y esclavas que sean rectos. Si son pobres, Allah les enriquecerá con Su favor.Allah es Magnánimo, Conocedor. (32) Pero los que no encuentren medios para casarse que se abstengan hasta que Allah les enriquezca con Su favor.Y los esclavos que tengáis que deseen la escritura de emancipación, si sabéis que en ellos hay bien, concedédsela.Y dadles algo de la riqueza que Allah os dio.No obliguéis a vuestras esclavas a prostituirse en contra de su deseo de ser honradas, persiguiendo lo que ofrece la vida de este mundo. Pero si (les ocurre que) son forzadas... es cierto que Allah, una vez que hayan sido forzadas, es Perdonador, Compasivo. (33) Y es verdad que hemos hecho que descendieran para vosotros signos clarificadores y ejemplos de quienes hubo antes de vosotros, así como una exhortación para los que tienen temor (de Allah). (34) Allah es la luz de los cielos y la tierra. Su luz es como una hornacina en la que hay una lámpara; la lámpara está dentro de un vidrio y el vidrio es como un astro radiante.Se enciende gracias a un árbol bendito, un olivo que no es ni oriental ni occidental, cuyo aceite casí alumbra sin que lo toque el fuego. Luz sobre luz. Allah guía hacia Su luz a quien quiere.Allah llama la atención de los hombres con ejemplos y Allah conoce todas las cosas. (35) En casas que Allah ha permitido que se levanten y se recuerde en ellas Su nombre y en las que Le glorifican mañana y tarde. (36)
