حُنَفَاء لِلَّهِ غَيْرَ مُشْرِكِينَ بِهِ وَمَن يُشْرِكْ بِاللَّهِ فَكَأَنَّمَا خَرَّ مِنَ السَّمَاء فَتَخْطَفُهُ الطَّيْرُ أَوْ تَهْوِي بِهِ الرِّيحُ فِي مَكَانٍ سَحِيقٍ {31} ذَلِكَ وَمَن يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِن تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ {32} لَكُمْ فِيهَا مَنَافِعُ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ثُمَّ مَحِلُّهَا إِلَى الْبَيْتِ الْعَتِيقِ {33} وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٍ جَعَلْنَا مَنسَكاً لِيَذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَى مَا رَزَقَهُم مِّن بَهِيمَةِ الْأَنْعَامِ فَإِلَهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ فَلَهُ أَسْلِمُوا وَبَشِّرِ الْمُخْبِتِينَ {34} الَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِرَ اللَّهُ وَجِلَتْ قُلُوبُهُمْ وَالصَّابِرِينَ عَلَى مَا أَصَابَهُمْ وَالْمُقِيمِي الصَّلَاةِ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ {35} وَالْبُدْنَ جَعَلْنَاهَا لَكُم مِّن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ فِيهَا خَيْرٌ فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا صَوَافَّ فَإِذَا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهَا فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا وَأَطْعِمُوا الْقَانِعَ وَالْمُعْتَرَّ كَذَلِكَ سَخَّرْنَاهَا لَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ {36} لَن يَنَالَ اللَّهَ لُحُومُهَا وَلَا دِمَاؤُهَا وَلَكِن يَنَالُهُ التَّقْوَى مِنكُمْ كَذَلِكَ سَخَّرَهَا لَكُمْ لِتُكَبِّرُوا اللَّهَ عَلَى مَا هَدَاكُمْ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُحْسِنِينَ {37} إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُدَافِعُ عَنِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ كُلَّ خَوَّانٍ كَفُورٍ {38} سورة الحج (22) ص

Kendisine ortak koşmaksızın Allah`ın hanîfleri (O`nun birliğini tanıyan müminler olun). Kim Allah`a ortak koşarsa sanki o, gökten düşüp parçalanmış da kendisini kuşlar kapmış, yahut rüzgâr onu uzak bir yere sürüklemiş (bir nesne) gibidir. (31) Durum öyledir. Her kim Allah`ın hükümlerine saygı gösterirse, şüphesiz bu, kalplerin takvâsındandır. (32) Onlarda (kurbanlık hayvanlarda veya hac fiillerinde) sizin için belli bir süreye kadar birtakım yararlar vardır. Sonra bunların varacakları (biteceği) yer, Eski Ev`e (Kâbe`ye) kadardır. (33) Biz, her ümmete - (Kurban kesmeye uygun) hayvan cinsinden kendilerine rızık olarak verdiklerimiz üzerine Allah`ın adını ansınlar diye - kurban kesmeyi gerekli kıldık. İmdi, İlâhınız, bir tek İlâh`tır. Öyle ise, O`na teslim olun. (Ey Muhammed!) O ihlaslı ve mütevazi insanları müjdele! (34) Onlar öyle kimseler ki, Allah anıldığı zaman kalpleri titrer; başlarına gelene sabrederler, namaz kılarlar ve kendilerine rızık olarak verdiğimiz şeylerden (Allah için) harcarlar. (35) Biz, büyük baş hayvanları da sizin için Allah`ın (dininin) işaretlerinden (kurban) kıldık. Onlarda sizin için hayır vardır. Şu halde onlar, ayakları üzerine dururken üzerlerine Allah`ın ismini anınız (ve kurban ediniz). Yan üstü yere düştüklerinde ise, artık (canı çıktığında) onlardan hem kendiniz yeyin, hem de ihtiyacını gizleyen-gizlemeyen fakirlere yedirin. İşte bu hayvanları biz, şükredesiniz diye sizin istifadenize verdik. (36) Onların ne etleri ne de kanları Allah`a ulaşır; fakat O`na sadece sizin takvânız ulaşır. Sizi hidayete erdirdiğinden dolayı Allah`ı büyük tanıyasınız diye O, bu hayvanları böylece sizin istifadenize verdi. (Ey Muhammed!) Güzel davrananları müjdele! (37) Allah, iman edenleri korur. Şu da muhakkak ki Allah, hain ve nankör olan herkesi sevgisinden mahrum eder. (38)

Seid lauter gegen Allah, ohne daß ihr Ihm etwas zur Seite stellt. Und wer Allah etwas zur Seite stellt, ist (so), als fiele er vom Himmel und die Vögel erhaschten ihn oder der Wind verwehte ihn an einen fernen Ort. (31) Somit rührt das wahrlich von der Gottesfürchtigkeit der Herzen her, wenn einer die Gebote Allahs ehrt. (32) Die (Opfertiere) bringen euch Nutzen für eine bestimmte Frist, dann aber ist ihr (Opfer-)Platz bei dem Altehrwürdigen Haus. (33) Und jedem Volk gaben Wir eine Anleitung zur Opferung, auf daß sie des Namens Allahs für das gedenken mögen, was Er ihnen an Vieh gegeben hat. So ist euer Gott ein Einziger Gott; darum ergebt euch Ihm. Und die frohe Botschaft gib den Demütigen, (34) deren Herzen mit Furcht erfüllt sind, wenn Allah erwähnt wird, und die geduldig ertragen, was sie trifft, und die das Gebet verrichten und von dem spenden, was Wir ihnen gegeben haben. (35) Und für den Opferbrauch Allahs haben Wir für euch die großen Kamele bestimmt. An ihnen habt ihr viel Gutes. So sprecht den Namen Allahs über sie aus, wenn sie gereiht dastehen. Und wenn ihre Seiten (auf dem Boden) liegen, so eßt davon und speist den Genügsamen und den Bittenden. So haben Wir sie euch dienstbar gemacht, auf daß ihr dankbar sein möget. (36) Ihr Fleisch erreicht Allah nicht, noch tut es ihr Blut, sondern eure Ehrfurcht ist es, die Ihn erreicht. In der Weise hat Er sie euch dienstbar gemacht, auf daß ihr Allah für Seine Rechtleitung preist. Und gib denen frohe Botschaft, die Gutes tun. (37) Wahrlich, Allah verteidigt jene, die gläubig sind. Gewiß, Allah liebt keinen Treulosen, Undankbaren. (38)

Hunafâ' Lillâh (i.e. to worship none but Allâh), not associating partners (in worship) unto Him, and whoever assigns partners to Allâh, it is as if he had fallen from the sky, and the birds had snatched him, or the wind had thrown him to a far off place. (31) Thus it is [what has been mentioned in the above said Verses (27, 28, 29, 30, 31) is an obligation that mankind owes to Allâh]. and whosoever honours the Symbols of Allâh, then it is truly from the piety of the hearts. (32) In them (cattle offered for sacrifice) are benefits for you for an appointed term, and afterwards they are brought for sacrifice unto the ancient House (the Haram - sacred territory of Makkah). (33) And for every nation We have appointed religious ceremonies, that they may mention the Name of Allâh over the beast of cattle that He has given them for food. And your Ilâh (God) is One Ilâh (God — Allâh), so you must submit to Him Alone (in Islâm). And (O Muhammad SAW) give glad tidings to the Mukhbitun [those who obey Allâh with humility and are humble from among the true believers of Islâmic Monotheism], (34) Whose hearts are filled with fear when Allâh is mentioned; and As-Sabirun [who patiently bear whatever may befall them (of calamities); and who perform As-Salât (Iqâmat-as-Salât), and who spend (in Allâh's Cause) out of what We have provided them. (35) And the Budn (cows, oxen, or camels driven to be offered as sacrifices by the pilgrims at the sanctuary of Makkah.) We have made them for you as among the Symbols of Allâh, Wherein you have much good. So mention the Name of Allâh over them when they are drawn up in lines (for sacrifice). Then, when they are down on their sides (after slaughter), eat thereof, and feed the poor who does not ask (men), and the beggar who asks (men). Thus have We made them subject to you that you may be grateful. (36) It is neither their meat nor their blood that reaches Allâh, but it is piety from you that reaches Him. Thus have We made them subject to you that you may magnify Allâh for His Guidance to you. And give glad tidings (O Muhammad SAW) to the Muhsinûn[] (doers of good). (37) Truly, Allâh defends those who believe. Verily! Allâh likes not any treacherous ingrate to Allâh [those who disobey Allâh but obey Shaitân (Satan)]. (38)

Being true in faith to Allah and never assigning partners to Him: if anyone assigns partners to Allah he is as if he had fallen from heaven and been snatched up by birds or the wind had swooped (like a bird on its prey) and thrown him into a far-distant place. (31) Such (is his state): and whoever holds in honour the Symbols of Allah, (in the sacrifice of animals), such (honour) should come truly from piety of heart. (32) In them ye have benefits for a term appointed: in the end their place of sacrifice is near the Ancient House. (33) To every people did We appoint rites (of sacrifice), that they might celebrate the name of Allah over the sustenance He gave them from animals (fit for food) but your God is one God: submit then your wills to Him (in Islam) and give thou the Good News to those who humble themselves― (34) To those whose hearts, when Allah is mentioned, are filled with fear, who show patient perseverance over their afflictions, keep up regular prayer, and spend (in charity) out of what we have bestowed upon them. (35) The sacrificial camels we have made for you as among the Symbols from Allah: in them is (much) good for you: then pronounce the name of Allah over them as they line up (for sacrifice): when they are down on their sides (after slaughter), eat ye thereof, and feed such as (beg not but) live in contentment, and such as beg with due humility: thus have we made animals subject to you, that ye may be grateful. (36) It is not their meat nor their blood that reaches Allah: it is your piety that reaches Him: He has thus made them subject to you, that ye may glorify Allah for His guidance to you: and proclaim the Good News to all who do right. (37) Verily Allah will defend (from ill) those who believe: verily, Allah loveth not any that is a traitor to faith or shows ingratitude. (38)

(Soyez) exclusivement [acquis à la religion] d’Allah(1) ne Lui associez rien; car quiconque associe à Allah, c’est comme s’il tombait du haut du ciel et que les oiseaux le happaient, ou que le vent le précipitait dans un abîme très profond. (31) Voilà [ce qui est prescrit]. Et quiconque exalte les injonctions sacrées d’Allah, s’inspire en effet de la piété des cœurs. (32) [De ces bêtes-là] vous tirez des avantages jusqu’à un terme fixé; puis son lieu d’immolation est auprès de l’Antique Maison. (33) A chaque communauté, Nous avons assigné un rite sacrificiel, afin qu’ils prononcent le nom d’Allah sur la bête de cheptel qu’Il leur a attribuée. Votre Dieu est certes un Dieu unique. Soumettez-vous donc à Lui. Et fais bonne annonce à ceux qui s’humilient, (34) ceux dont les cœurs frémissent quand le nom d’Allah est mentionné, ceux qui endurent ce qui les atteint et ceux qui accomplissent la Ṣalāt et dépensent de ce que Nous leur avons attribué. (35) Nous vous avons désigné les chameaux (et les vaches) bien portants pour certains rites établis par Allah. Il y a en eux pour vous un bien. Prononcez donc sur eux le nom d’Allah, quand ils ont eu la patte attachée, [prêts à être immolés]. Puis, lorsqu’ils gisent sur le flanc, mangez-en, et nourrissez-en le besogneux discret et le mendiant. Ainsi Nous vous les avons assujettis afin que vous soyez reconnaissants. (36) Ni leurs chairs ni leurs sangs n’atteindront Allah, mais ce qui L’atteint de votre part c’est la piété. Ainsi vous les a-t-Il assujettis afin que vous proclamiez la grandeur d’Allah, pour vous avoir mis sur le droit chemin. Et annonce la bonne nouvelle aux bienfaisants. (37) Allah prend la défense de ceux qui croient. Allah n’aime aucun traître ingrat (38)

dengan ikhlas kepada Allah, tidak mempersekutukan sesuatu dengan Dia. Barangsiapa mempersekutukan sesuatu dengan Allah, maka adalah ia seolah-olah jatuh dari langit lalu disambar oleh burung, atau diterbangkan angin ke tempat yang jauh. (31) Demikianlah [perintah Allah]. Dan barangsiapa mengagungkan syi’ar-syi’ar Allah [1] maka sesungguhnya itu timbul dari ketakwaan hati. (32) Bagi kamu pada binatang-binatang hadyu [2] itu ada beberapa manfa’at [3] sampai kepada waktu yang ditentukan, kemudian tempat wajib [serta akhir masa] menyembelihnya ialah setelah sampai ke Baitul Atiq [Baitullah]. (33) Dan bagi tiap-tiap umat telah Kami syari’atkan penyembelihan [korban], supaya mereka menyebut nama Allah terhadap binatang ternak yang telah direzkikan Allah kepada mereka, maka Tuhanmu ialah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, karena itu berserah dirilah kamu kepada-Nya. Dan berilah kabar gembira kepada orang-orang yang tunduk patuh [kepada Allah]. (34) [Yaitu] orang-orang yang apabila disebut nama Allah gemetarlah hati mereka, orang-orang yang sabar terhadap apa yang menimpa mereka, orang-orang yang mendirikan sembahyang dan orang-orang yang menafkahkan sebahagian dari apa yang telah Kami rezkikan kepada mereka. (35) Dan telah Kami jadikan untuk kamu unta-unta itu sebahagian dari syi’ar Allah, kamu memperoleh kebaikan yang banyak padanya, maka sebutlah olehmu nama Allah ketika kamu menyembelihnya dalam keadaan berdiri [dan telah terikat]. Kemudian apabila telah roboh [mati], maka makanlah sebahagiannya dan beri makanlah orang yang rela dengan apa yang ada padanya [yang tidak meminta-minta] dan orang yang meminta. Demikianlah Kami telah menundukkan unta-unta itu kepada kamu, mudah-mudahan kamu bersyukur. (36) Daging-daging unta dan darahnya itu sekali-kali tidak dapat mencapai [keridhaan] Allah, tetapi ketakwaan dari kamulah yang dapat mencapainya. Demikianlah Allah telah menundukkannya untuk kamu supaya kamu mengagungkan Allah terhadap hidayah-Nya kepada kamu. Dan berilah kabar gembira kepada orang-orang yang berbuat baik. (37) Sesungguhnya Allah membela orang-orang yang telah beriman. Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyukai tiap-tiap orang yang berkhianat lagi mengingkari ni’mat. (38)

(Amalkanlah perkara-perkara itu) dengan tulus ikhlas kepada Allah, serta tidak mempersekutukan sesuatu pun denganNya dan sesiapa yang mempersekutukan sesuatu yang lain dengan Allah maka seolah-olah dia jatuh dari langit lalu disambar oleh burung atau dihumbankan oleh angin ke tempat yang jauh (yang membinasakan). (31) Demikianlah (ajaran Allah) dan sesiapa yang menghormati Syiar-syiar agama Allah maka (dialah orang yang bertakwa) kerana sesungguhnya perbuatan itu satu kesan dari sifat-sifat takwa hati orang mukmin. (32) Kamu beroleh berbagai-bagai faedah dan kegunaan pada binatang ternak itu hingga ke suatu masa yang tertentu (bagi menyembelihnya); kemudian waktu menyembelihnya ketika sampai di tanah haram Baitullah yang tua sejarahnya itu. (33) Dan bagi tiap-tiap umat, Kami syariatkan ibadat menyembelih korban (atau lain-lainnya) supaya mereka menyebut nama Allah sebagai bersyukur akan pengurniaanNya kepada mereka; binatang-binatang ternak yang disembelih itu. Kerana Tuhan kamu semua ialah Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, maka hendaklah kamu tunduk taat kepadaNya dan sampaikanlah berita gembira (wahai Muhammad) kepada orang-orang yang tunduk taat; (34) Iaitu orang-orang yang apabila disebut nama Allah, gerun gementarlah hati mereka dan orang-orang yang sabar (cekal hati) terhadap kesusahan yang menimpa mereka dan orang-orang yang mendirikan sembahyang, serta orang-orang yang mendermakan sebahagian dari rezeki yang Kami berikan kepadanya. (35) Dan Kami jadikan unta (yang dihadiahkan kepada fakir miskin Mekah itu) sebahagian dari syiar agama Allah untuk kamu; pada menyembelih unta yang tersebut ada kebaikan bagi kamu; oleh itu sebutlah nama Allah (semasa menyembelihnya) ketika ia berdiri di atas tiga kakinya maka apabila ia tumbang (serta putus nyawanya), makanlah sebahagian daripadanya dan berilah (bahagian yang lain) kepada orang-orang yang tidak meminta dan yang meminta. Demikianlah Kami mudahkan ia untuk kamu (menguasainya dan menyembelihnya) supaya kamu bersyukur. (36) Daging dan darah binatang korban atau hadiah itu tidak sekali-kali akan sampai kepada Allah, tetapi yang sampai kepadaNya ialah amal yang ikhlas yang berdasarkan takwa dari kamu. Demikianlah Dia memudahkan binatang-binatang itu bagi kamu supaya kamu membesarkan Allah kerana mendapat nikmat petunjukNya. Dan sampaikanlah berita gembira (dengan balasan yang sebaik-baiknya) kepada orang-orang yang berusaha supaya baik amalnya. (37) Sesungguhnya Allah membela orang-orang yang beriman; sesungguhnya Allah tidak suka kepada tiap-tiap seorang yang khianat, lagi tidak bersyukur. (38)

Reconociendo la unidad de Allah* y sin asociarle nada.Quien asocia algo a Allah es como si se cayera del cielo y las aves de rapiña se lo llevaran o el viento lo remontara hasta un lugar lejano. (31) Así es; y quien sea reverente con los ritos de Allah... ello es parte del temor de los corazones. (32) En ellos hay beneficios para vosotros hasta un término fijado, luego su conclusión* tiene lugar en la Casa Antigua. (33) Para cada comunidad hemos instituido un lugar de ritos, para que mencionen el nombre de Allah sobre las cabezas de ganado que les hemos proporcionado.Así pues, vuestro dios es un Único Dios, someteos a Él. Y anuncia las buenas noticias a los sumisos. (34) Esos cuyo corazón se estremece cuando el nombre de Allah es mencionado y tienen paciencia con lo que les viene.Esos que establecen el salat y gastan de la provisión que les damos. (35) Y hemos hecho para vosotros los camellos corpulentos como parte de los ritos de Allah, en ellos tenéis un bien. Recordad el nombre de Allah sobre ellos cuando estén alineados y una vez hayan caído sobre sus costados; después comed de ellos y alimentad a los necesitados y a los mendigos. Así es como os los hemos subyugado para que quizás fuerais agradecidos. (36) Ni su sangre ni su carne ascienden a Allah, lo que llega a Allah es vuestro temor de Él. Así es como os los ha puesto a vuestro servicio para que ensalcéis a Allah por haberos guiado.Y da las buenas noticias a los que hacen el bien. (37) Es cierto que Allah defiende a los que creen. Allah no ama a ningún traidor, renegado. (38)
