ذَلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللّهَ لَمْ يَكُ مُغَيِّراً نِّعْمَةً أَنْعَمَهَا عَلَى قَوْمٍ حَتَّى يُغَيِّرُواْ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمْ وَأَنَّ اللّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ {53} كَدَأْبِ آلِ فِرْعَوْنَ وَالَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ كَذَّبُواْ بآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَهْلَكْنَاهُم بِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَأَغْرَقْنَا آلَ فِرْعَونَ وَكُلٌّ كَانُواْ ظَالِمِينَ {54} إِنَّ شَرَّ الدَّوَابِّ عِندَ اللّهِ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فَهُمْ لاَ يُؤْمِنُونَ {55} الَّذِينَ عَاهَدتَّ مِنْهُمْ ثُمَّ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَهُمْ فِي كُلِّ مَرَّةٍ وَهُمْ لاَ يَتَّقُونَ {56} فَإِمَّا تَثْقَفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْحَرْبِ فَشَرِّدْ بِهِم مَّنْ خَلْفَهُمْ لَعَلَّهُمْ يَذَّكَّرُونَ {57} وَإِمَّا تَخَافَنَّ مِن قَوْمٍ خِيَانَةً فَانبِذْ إِلَيْهِمْ عَلَى سَوَاء إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ الخَائِنِينَ {58} وَلاَ يَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ سَبَقُواْ إِنَّهُمْ لاَ يُعْجِزُونَ {59} وَأَعِدُّواْ لَهُم مَّا اسْتَطَعْتُم مِّن قُوَّةٍ وَمِن رِّبَاطِ الْخَيْلِ تُرْهِبُونَ بِهِ عَدْوَّ اللّهِ وَعَدُوَّكُمْ وَآخَرِينَ مِن دُونِهِمْ لاَ تَعْلَمُونَهُمُ اللّهُ يَعْلَمُهُمْ وَمَا تُنفِقُواْ مِن شَيْءٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللّهِ يُوَفَّ إِلَيْكُمْ وَأَنتُمْ لاَ تُظْلَمُونَ {60} وَإِن جَنَحُواْ لِلسَّلْمِ فَاجْنَحْ لَهَا وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى اللّهِ إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ {61} سورة الأنفال (8)

Al-Anfal Bu da, bir millet kendilerinde bulunanı (güzel ahlâk ve meziyetleri) değiştirinceye kadar Allah`ın onlara verdiği nimeti değiştirmeyeceğinden dolayıdır. Gerçekten Allah işitendir, bilendir. (53) (Evet bunların durumu), Firavun ailesi ve onlardan öncekilerin durumuna benzer. Onlar Rablerinin âyetlerini yalanlamışlardı biz de onları günahlarından ötürü helâk etmiştik ve Firavun ailesini (denizde) boğmuştuk. Hepsi de zalimler idiler. (54) Allah katında, yürüyen canlıların en kötüsü kafir olanlardır. Çünkü onlar iman etmezler. (55) Onlar, kendileriyle antlaşma yaptığın, sonra her defasında hiç çekinmeden ahidlerini bozan kimselerdir. (56) Eğer savaşta onları yakalarsan, ibret almaları için onlar ile (onlara vereceğin ceza ile) arkalarında bulunan kimseleri de dağıt. (57) (Antlaşma yaptığın) bir kavmin hainlik yapmasından korkarsan, sen de (onlarla yaptığın ahdi) aynı şekilde bozduğunu kendilerine bildir. Çünkü Allah, hainleri sevmez. (58) İnkâr edenler yakayı kurtardıklarını sanmasınlar. Çünkü onlar (bizi) âciz bırakamazlar. (59) Onlara (düşmanlara) karşı gücünüz yettiği kadar kuvvet ve cihad için bağlanıp beslenen atlar hazırlayın, onunla Allah`ın düşmanını, sizin düşmanınızı ve onlardan başka sizin bilmediğiniz, Allah`ın bildiği (düşman) kimseleri korkutursunuz. Allah yolunda ne harcarsanız size eksiksiz ödenir, siz asla haksızlığa uğratılmazsınız. (60) Eğer onlar barışa yanaşırlarsa sen de ona yanaş ve Allah`a tevekkül et, çünkü O işitendir, bilendir (61)

Al-Anfal Dies (ist so), weil Allah niemals eine Gnade ändern würde, die Er einem Volk gewährt hat, es sei denn, daß es seine eigene Einstellung änderte, und weil Allah Allhörend, Allwissend ist. (53) (Es wird ihnen) wie den Leuten Pharaos und denen (ergehen), die vor ihnen waren: Sie hielten die Zeichen ihres Herrn für eine Lüge, darum ließen Wir sie zugrunde gehen um ihrer Sünden willen, und Wir ertränkten die Leute Pharaos; sie alle waren Frevler. (54) Wahrlich, schlimmer als das Vieh sind bei Allah jene, die ungläubig sind und nicht glauben werden (55) ; es sind jene, mit denen du einen Bund geschlossen hast; dann brechen sie jedesmal ihren Bund, und sie fürchten (Allah) nicht. (56) Darum, wenn du sie im Kriege anpackst, verscheuche mit ihnen diejenigen, die hinter ihnen sind, auf daß sie ermahnt seien. (57) Und wenn du von einem Volk Verrat fürchtest, so verwirf (den) gegenseitigen (Vertrag). Wahrlich, Allah liebt nicht die Verräter. (58) Laß die Ungläubigen nicht meinen, sie seien Uns entkommen. Wahrlich, sie können nicht siegen. (59) Und rüstet gegen sie auf, soviel ihr an Streitmacht und Schlachtrossen aufbieten könnt, damit ihr Allahs Feind und euren Feind - und andere außer ihnen, die ihr nicht kennt - abschreckt; Allah kennt sie (alle). Und was ihr auch für Allahs Sache aufwendet, es wird euch voll zurückgezahlt werden, und es soll euch kein Unrecht geschehen. (60) Und wenn sie jedoch zum Frieden geneigt sind, so sei auch du ihm geneigt und vertraue auf Allah. Wahrlich, Er ist der Allhörende, der Allwissende. (61)

Al-Anfal That is so because Allâh will never change a grace which He has bestowed on a people until they change what is in their ownselves. And verily, Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower. (53) Similar to the behaviour of the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and those before them. They belied the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), of their Lord, so We destroyed them for their sins, and We drowned the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) for they were all Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers). (54) Verily, The worst of moving (living) creatures before Allâh are those who disbelieve[], - so they shall not believe. (55) They are those with whom you made a covenant, but they break their covenant every time and they do not fear Allâh. (56) So if you gain the mastery over them in war, punish them severely in order to disperse those who are behind them, so that they may learn a lesson. (57) If you (O Muhammad SAW) fear treachery from any people throw back (their covenant) to them (so as to be) on equal terms (that there will be no more covenant between you and them). Certainly Allâh likes not the treacherous. (58) And let not those who disbelieve think that they can outstrip (escape from the punishment). Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allâh's Punishment). (59) And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery) to threaten the enemy of Allâh and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allâh does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allâh shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly. (60) But if they incline to peace, you also incline to it, and (put your) trust in Allâh. Verily, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower. (61)

Al-Anfal "Because Allah will never change the Grace which He hath bestowed on a people until they change what is in their (own) souls: and verily Allah is He Who heareth and knoweth (all things)." (53) "(Deeds) after the manner of the people of Pharaoh and those before them": they treated as false the signs of their Lord; so We destroyed them for their crimes and We drowned the people of Pharaoh: for they were all oppressors and wrong-doers. (54) For the worst of beasts in the sight of Allah are those who reject Him: they will not believe. (55) They are those with whom thou didst make a covenant, but they break their covenant every time and they have not the fear (of Allah). (56) If ye gain the mastery over them in war, disperse with them, those who follow them, that they may remember. (57) If thou fearest treachery from any group, throw back (their Covenant) to them, (so as to be) on equal terms: for Allah loveth not the treacherous. (58) Let not the unbelievers think that they can get the better (of godly): they will never frustrate (them). (59) Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power, including steeds of war, to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies of Allah and your enemies and others besides whom ye may not know but whom Allah doth know. Whatever ye shall spend in the cause of Allah, shall be repaid unto you, and ye shall not be treated unjustly. (60) But if the enemy incline towards peace, do thou (also) incline towards peace, and trust in Allah: for He is the one that heareth and knoweth (all things). (61)

LE BUTIN C’est qu’en effet Allah ne modifie pas un bienfait dont Il a gratifié un peuple avant que celui-ci change ce qui est en lui-même(1). Et Allah est, Audient et Omniscient. (53) Il en fut de même des gens de Pharaon et ceux qui avant eux avaient traité de mensonges les signes (enseignements) de leur Seigneur. Nous les avons fait périr pour leurs péchés. Et Nous avons noyé les gens de Pharaon. Car ils étaient tous des injustes. (54) Les pires bêtes, auprès d’Allah, sont ceux qui ont été infidèles (dans le passé) et qui ne croient donc point (actuellement), (55) ceux-là mêmes avec lesquels tu as fait un pacte et qui chaque fois le rompent, sans aucune crainte [d’Allah]. (56) Donc, si tu les maîtrises à la guerre, inflige-leur un châtiment exemplaire de telle sorte que ceux qui sont derrière eux soient effarouchés. Afin qu’ils se souviennent. (57) Et si jamais tu crains vraiment une trahison de la part d’un peuple, dénonce alors le pacte (que tu as conclu avec), d’une façon franche et loyale car Allah n’aime pas les traîtres. (58) Que les mécréants ne pensent pas qu’ils Nous ont échappé. Non, ils ne pourront jamais Nous empêcher (de les rattraper à n’importe quel moment). (59) Et préparez [pour lutter] contre eux tout ce que vous pouvez comme force et comme cavalerie équipée, afin d’effrayer l’ennemi d’Allah et le vôtre, et d’autres encore que vous ne connaissez pas en dehors de ceux-ci mais qu’Allah connaît. Et tout ce que vous dépensez dans le sentier d’Allah vous sera remboursé pleinement et vous ne serez point lésés. (60) Et s’ils inclinent à la paix, incline vers celle-ci (toi aussi) et place ta confiance en Allah, car c’est Lui l’Audient, l’Omniscient. (61)

HARTA RAMPASAN PERANG Yang demikian [siksaan] itu adalah karena sesungguhnya Allah sekali-kali tidak akan merobah sesuatu ni’mat yang telah dianugerahkan-Nya kepada sesuatu kaum, hingga kaum itu merobah apa yang ada pada diri mereka sendiri [1], dan sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui, (53) [keadaan mereka] serupa dengan keadaan Fir’aun dan pengikut-pengikutnya serta orang-orang yang sebelumnya. Mereka mendustakan ayat-ayat Tuhannya maka Kami membinasakan mereka disebabkan dosa-dosanya dan Kami tenggelamkan Fir’aun dan pengikut-pengikutnya; dan kesemuanya adalah orang-orang yang zalim. (54) Sesungguhnya binatang [makhluk] yang paling buruk di sisi Allah ialah orang-orang yang kafir, karena mereka itu tidak beriman. (55) [Yaitu] orang-orang yang kamu telah mengambil perjanjian dari mereka, sesudah itu mereka mengkhianati janjinya pada setiap kalinya, dan mereka tidak takut [akibat-akibatnya]. (56) Jika kamu menemui mereka dalam peperangan, maka cerai beraikanlah orang-orang yang di belakang mereka dengan [menumpas] mereka, supaya mereka mengambil pelajaran. (57) Dan jika kamu khawatir akan [terjadinya] pengkhianatan dari suatu golongan, maka kembalikanlah perjanjian itu kepada mereka dengan cara yang jujur. Sesungguhnya Allah tidak menyukai orang-orang yang berkhianat. (58) Dan janganlah orang-orang yang kafir itu mengira, bahwa mereka akan dapat lolos [dari kekuasaan Allah]. Sesungguhnya mereka tidak dapat melemahkan [Allah]. (59) Dan siapkanlah untuk menghadapi mereka kekuatan apa saja yang kamu sanggupi dan dari kuda-kuda yang ditambat untuk berperang [yang dengan persiapan itu] kamu menggentarkan musuh Allah, musuhmu dan orang-orang selain mereka yang kamu tidak mengetahuinya; sedang Allah mengetahuinya. Apa saja yang kamu nafkahkan pada jalan Allah niscaya akan dibalas dengan cukup kepadamu dan kamu tidak akan dianiaya [dirugikan]. (60) Dan jika mereka condong kepada perdamaian, maka condonglah kepadanya dan bertawakkallah kepada Allah. Sesungguhnya Dialah Yang Maha Mendengar lagi Maha Mengetahui. (61)

Al-Anfal (Balasan) yang demikian itu, ialah kerana sesungguhnya Allah tidak akan mengubah sesuatu nikmat yang telah dikurniakanNya kepada sesuatu kaum sehingga mereka mengubah apa yang ada pada diri mereka sendiri dan (ingatlah) sesungguhnya Allah Maha mendengar, lagi Maha Mengetahui. (53) (Keadaan mereka) samalah seperti keadaan Firaun dan kaumnya serta orang-orang yang terdahulu dari mereka. Mereka mendustakan ayat-ayat Tuhan mereka, lalu Kami binasakan mereka dengan sebab dosa-dosa mereka dan Kami tenggelamkan Firaun serta pengikut-pengikutnya (di laut), kerana kesemuanya adalah orang-orang yang zalim. (54) Sesungguhnya sejahat-jahat (makhluk) yang melata di sisi (hukum dan ketetapan) Allah ialah orang-orang yang kafir (yang degil dengan kekufurannya). Sebab itu mereka tidak (mahu) beriman. (55) (Iaitu) orang-orang yang engkau telah mengikat perjanjian setia dengan mereka, kemudian mereka mencabuli perjanjian setianya pada tiap-tiap kali, sedang mereka tidak mahu memelihara dirinya (dari keaiban mencabuli perjanjian itu). (56) Oleh itu, jika engkau menemui mereka dalam peperangan maka hancurkanlah mereka (supaya dengan itu) orang-orang yang di belakang mereka (gerun gentar); mudah-mudahan orang-orang itu pula beringat (insaf). (57) Dan jika engkau mengetahui adanya perbuatan khianat dari sesuatu kaum (yang mengikat perjanjian setia denganmu) maka campakkanlah (perjanjian itu) kepada mereka dengan cara terus terang dan adil. Sesungguhnya Allah tidak suka kepada orang-orang yang khianat. (58) Dan janganlah orang-orang yang kafir itu menyangka (bahawa) mereka telah terlepas (dari kekuasaan dan balasan Kami); sesungguhnya mereka tidak akan dapat melemahkan (kekuasaan Kami). (59) Dan sediakanlah untuk menentang mereka (musuh yang menceroboh) segala jenis kekuatan yang dapat kamu sediakan dan dari pasukan-pasukan berkuda yang lengkap sedia, untuk menggerunkan dengan persediaan itu musuh Allah dan musuh kamu serta musuh-musuh yang lain dari mereka yang kamu tidak mengetahuinya; sedang Allah mengetahuinya dan apa sahaja yang kamu belanjakan pada jalan Allah akan disempurnakan balasannya kepada kamu dan kamu tidak akan dianiaya. (60) Dan jika mereka (pihak musuh) cenderung kepada perdamaian, maka engkau juga hendaklah cenderung kepadanya serta bertawakallah kepada Allah. Sesungguhnya Dia Maha Mendengar, lagi Maha Mengetahui. (61)

SURA DE LOS BOTINES DE GUERRA Eso es porque Allah no cambia el favor que ha concedido a una gente mientras ellos no cambien lo que hay en sí mismos.Y Allah es Quien oye y Quien sabe. (53) Como lo que pasó con la familia de Firaún y los que les precedieron; tacharon de mentira los signos de su Señor y les hicimos perecer a causa de sus transgresiones. Ahogamos a la gente de Firaún, pues todos eran injustos. (54) Verdaderamente las peores criaturas ante Allah son los que niegan y no creen. (55) Esos con los que pactas y luego, a la menor ocasión, rompen el pacto y no sienten temor (de Allah). (56) Si das con ellos en situación de guerra, haz que sirvan de escarmiento a los que vengan detrás; quizás así recapaciten. (57) Y si temes traición por parte de alguna gente, rompe con ellos en igualdad de condiciones; pues es cierto que Allah no ama a los traidores. (58) Y no pienses que los que se niegan a creer han tomado ninguna ventaja porque no podrán escapar. (59) Preparad contra ellos todas las fuerzas y guarniciones de caballos que podáis; así atemorizaréis a los enemigos de Allah, que son también los vuestros, aparte de otros que no conocéis pero que Allah sí conoce. Lo que gastéis en el camino de Allah se os pagará con creces y no sufriréis ningún menoscabo. (60) Pero si se inclinan por la paz, inclínate tú también y confíate a Allah. Él es Quien oye y Quien sabe. (61)
