وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ تَعَالَوۡاْ إِلَىٰ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ وَإِلَى ٱلرَّسُولِ قَالُواْ حَسۡبُنَا مَا وَجَدۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ ءَابَآءَنَآ‌ۚ أَوَلَوۡ كَانَ ءَابَآؤُهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ شَيۡـًٔ۬ا وَلَا يَہۡتَدُونَ (١٠٤) يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ عَلَيۡكُمۡ أَنفُسَكُمۡ‌ۖ لَا يَضُرُّكُم مَّن ضَلَّ إِذَا ٱهۡتَدَيۡتُمۡ‌ۚ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ جَمِيعً۬ا فَيُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ (١٠٥) يَـٰٓأَيُّہَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ شَہَـٰدَةُ بَيۡنِكُمۡ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ حِينَ ٱلۡوَصِيَّةِ ٱثۡنَانِ ذَوَا عَدۡلٍ۬ مِّنكُمۡ أَوۡ ءَاخَرَانِ مِنۡ غَيۡرِكُمۡ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ ضَرَبۡتُمۡ فِى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَأَصَـٰبَتۡكُم مُّصِيبَةُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ‌ۚ تَحۡبِسُونَهُمَا مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ فَيُقۡسِمَانِ بِٱللَّهِ إِنِ ٱرۡتَبۡتُمۡ لَا نَشۡتَرِى بِهِۦ ثَمَنً۬ا وَلَوۡ كَانَ ذَا قُرۡبَىٰ‌ۙ وَلَا نَكۡتُمُ شَہَـٰدَةَ ٱللَّهِ إِنَّآ إِذً۬ا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡأَثِمِينَ (١٠٦) فَإِنۡ عُثِرَ عَلَىٰٓ أَنَّهُمَا ٱسۡتَحَقَّآ إِثۡمً۬ا فَـَٔاخَرَانِ يَقُومَانِ مَقَامَهُمَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسۡتَحَقَّ عَلَيۡہِمُ ٱلۡأَوۡلَيَـٰنِ فَيُقۡسِمَانِ بِٱللَّهِ لَشَہَـٰدَتُنَآ أَحَقُّ مِن شَہَـٰدَتِهِمَا وَمَا ٱعۡتَدَيۡنَآ إِنَّآ إِذً۬ا لَّمِنَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ (١٠٧) ذَٲلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَن يَأۡتُواْ بِٱلشَّہَـٰدَةِ عَلَىٰ وَجۡهِهَآ أَوۡ يَخَافُوٓاْ أَن تُرَدَّ أَيۡمَـٰنُۢ بَعۡدَ أَيۡمَـٰنِہِمۡ‌ۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱسۡمَعُواْ‌ۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَہۡدِى ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡفَـٰسِقِينَ (١٠٨)

Al-Maeda Onlara, "Allah`ın indirdiğine ve Resûl`e gelin" denildiği vakit, "Babalarımızı üzerinde bulduğumuz (yol) bize yeter" derler. Ataları hiçbir şey bilmiyor ve doğru yol üzerinde bulunmuyor iseler de mi? (104) Ey iman edenler! Siz kendinize bakın. Siz doğru yolda olunca sapan kimse size zarar veremez. Hepinizin dönüşü Allah`adır. Artık O, size yaptıklarınızı bildirecektir. (105) Ey iman edenler! Birinize ölüm gelip çatınca vasiyet esnasında içinizden iki adalet sahibi kişi aranızda şahitlik etsin. Yahut seferde iken başınıza ölüm musibeti gelmişse sizden olmayan, başka iki kişi (şahit olsun). Eğer şüpheye düşerseniz o iki şahidi namazdan sonra alıkor, "Bu vasiyet karşılığında hiçbir şeyi satın almayacağız, akraba (menfaatine) de olsa; Allah (için yaptığımız) şahitliği gizlemiyeceğiz, (aksini yaparsak) bu takdirde biz elbette günahkârlardan oluruz" diye Allah üzerine yemin ettirirsiniz. / (106) Bu şahitlerin (sonradan yalan söyleyerek) bir günah kazandıkları anlaşılırsa, (şahitlerin) haklarına tecavüz ettiği ölüye daha yakın olan (mirasçılardan) iki kişi onların yerini alır ve "Andolsun ki bizim şahitliğimiz onların şahitliğinden daha gerçektir ve biz (kimsenin hakkına) tecavüz etmedik, aksi takdirde biz, elbette zalimlerden oluruz" diye Allah`a yemin ederler. (107) Bu (usul), şahitliği gerektiği şekilde yapmaya, yahut yeminlerinden sonra, yeminlerin (mirasçılar tarafından) reddedilmesinden korkmalarına (çekinmelerine çare olarak) daha uygundur. Allah`tan korkun ve (O`nu) dinleyin. Allah, yoldan çıkmışlar topluluğuna rehberlik etmez. (108)

Al-Maeda "Und wenn ihnen gesagt wird: ""Kommt her zu dem, was von Allah herabgesandt wurde, und kommt zu dem Gesandten"", sagen sie: ""Uns genügt das, wobei wir unsere Väter vorfanden."" Und selbst (dann,) wenn ihre Väter kein Wissen hatten und nicht auf dem rechten Wege waren! (104) "O ihr, die ihr glaubt! Wacht über euch selbst. Wer irregeht, kann euch nicht schaden, wenn ihr nur selbst auf dem rechten Wege seid. Zu Allah ist euer aller Heimkehr; dann wird Er euch enthüllen, was ihr zu tun pflegtet. (105) "O ihr, die ihr glaubt! Wenn der Tod an einen von euch herantritt, liegt die Zeugenschaft zum Zeitpunkt der Testamentseröffnung bei euch: (bei) zwei Redlichen unter euch, oder zwei anderen, die nicht zu euch gehören, wenn ihr gerade im Land herumreist und euch das Unglück des Todes trifft. Ihr sollt sie beide nach dem Gebet zurückhalten; und wenn ihr zweifelt, so sollen sie beide bei Allah schwören: ""Wir erstehen damit keinen Gewinn, handelte es sich auch um einen nahen Verwandten, und wir verhehlen das Zeugnis Allahs nicht; wahrlich, wir wären sonst Sünder."" (106) ""Wenn aber bekannt wird, daß die beiden (Zeugen) sich der Sünde schuldig gemacht haben, dann sollen an ihre Stelle zwei andere aus der Zahl derer treten, gegen welche die beiden ausgesagt haben, und die beiden (späteren Zeugen) sollen bei Allah schwören: ""Wahrlich, unser Zeugnis ist wahrhaftiger als das Zeugnis der beiden (früheren), wahrlich, wir gehörten sonst zu den Ungerechten."" (107) "So geschieht es eher, daß sie ein wahres Zeugnis ablegen oder daß sie fürchten, es könnten andere Eide nach ihrem Eide gefordert werden. Und fürchtet Allah und hört! Denn Allah weist nicht den ungehorsamen Leuten den Weg. (108)

Al-Maeda And when it is said to them: "Come to what Allâh has revealed and unto the Messenger (Muhammad SAW for the verdict of that which you have made unlawful)." They say: "Enough for us is that which we found our fathers following," even though their fathers had no knowledge whatsoever and nor guidance. (104) O you who believe! Take care of your ownselves, If you follow the (right) guidance (and enjoin what is right Islâmic Monotheism and all that Islâm orders one to do) and forbid what is wrong (polytheism, disbelief and all that Islâm has forbidden) no hurt can come to you from those who are in error. The return of you all is to Allâh, then He will inform you about (all) that which you used to do. (105) O you who believe! When death approaches any of you, and you make a bequest, (then take) the testimony of two just men of your own folk or two others from outside, While you are travelling through the land and death befalls you. Detain them both after As-Salât (the prayer), (then) if you are in doubt (about their truthfulness), let them both swear by Allâh (saying): "We wish not for any worldly gain in this, even though he (the beneficiary) be our near relative. We shall not hide Testimony of Allâh, for then indeed we should be of the sinful." (106) If then it gets known that these two had been guilty of sin, let two others stand forth in their places, nearest in kin from among those who claim a lawful right. Let them swear by Allâh (saying): "We affirm that our testimony is truer than that of both of them, and that we have not trespassed (the truth), for then indeed we should be of the wrong¬doers." (107) That should make it closer (to the fact) that their testimony would be in its true shape (and thus accepted), or else they would fear that (other) oaths would be admitted after their oaths. And fear Allâh and listen ( with obedience to Him). And Allâh guides not the people who are Al-Fâsiqûn (the rebellious and disobedient). (108)

Al-Maeda When it is said to them: "Come to what Allah hath revealed; come to the Messenger": they say: "Enough for us are the ways we found our fathers following." What! even though their fathers were void of knowledge and guidance? (104) O ye who believe! Guard your own souls: if ye follow (right) guidance, no hurt can come to you from those who stray. The goal of you all is to Allah: it is He that will show you the truth of all that ye do. (105) O ye who believe! when death approaches any of you, (take) witnesses among yourselves when making bequests― two just men of your own (brotherhood) or others from outside if ye are journeying through the earth, and the chance of death befalls you (thus). If ye doubt (their truth), detain them both after prayer, and let them both swear by Allah: "We will not take for it a price even though the (beneficiary) be our near relation: we shall hide not the evidence We owe to Allah: if we do then, behold! the sin be upon us!" (106) But if it gets known that these two were guilty of the sin (of perjury). Let two others stand forth in their places,― nearest in kin from among those who claim a lawful right: let them swear by Allah: "We affirm that our witness is truer than that of those two, and that we have not trespassed (beyond the truth): if we did, behold! the wrong be upon us! (107) That is most suitable: that they may give the evidence in its true nature and shape, or else they would fear that other oaths would be taken after their oaths. But fear Allah and listen (to His counsel): for Allah guideth not a rebellious people. (108)

LA TABLE SERVIE Et quand on leur dit: «Venez vers ce qu’Allah a fait descendre (la Révélation), et vers le Messager», ils disent: «Il nous suffit de ce sur quoi nous avons trouvé nos ancêtres.» Quoi! Même si leurs ancêtres ne savaient rien et n’étaient pas sur le bon chemin...? (104) Ô les croyants! Vous êtes responsables de vous-mêmes(1)! Celui qui s’égare ne vous nuira point si vous vous avez pris la bonne voie. C’est Vers Allah que vous retournerez tous; alors Il vous informera de ce que vous faisiez. (105) Ô les croyants! Quand la mort se présente à l’un de vous, le testament sera attesté par deux hommes intègres d’entre vous, ou deux autres, non des vôtres, si vous êtes en voyage dans le monde et que la mort vous frappe. Vous les retiendrez (les deux témoins), après la Ṣalāt, puis, si vous avez des doutes, vous les ferez jurer par Allah: «Nous ne faisons aucun commerce(2) ou profit avec cela, même s’il s’agit d’un proche, et nous ne cacherons point le témoignage d’Allah. Sinon, nous serions du nombre des pécheurs». (106) Si l’on découvre que ces deux témoins sont coupables de péché, deux autres plus intègres, parmi ceux auxquels le tort a été fait, prendront leur place et tous deux jureront par Allah: «En vérité, notre témoignage est plus juste que le témoignage de ces deux-là; et nous ne transgressons point. Sinon, nous serions certainement du nombre des injustes». (107) C’est le moyen le plus sûr pour les inciter à fournir le témoignage dans sa forme réelle; ou leur faire craindre de voir d’autres serments se substituer aux leurs. Et craignez Allah et écoutez. Allah ne guide pas les gens pervers. (108)

HIDANGAN Apabila dikatakan kepada mereka: "Marilah mengikuti apa yang diturunkan Allah dan mengikuti Rasul". Mereka menjawab: "Cukuplah untuk kami apa yang kami dapati bapak-bapak kami mengerjakannya". Dan apakah mereka akan mengikuti juga nenek moyang mereka walaupun nenek moyang mereka itu tidak mengetahui apa-apa dan tidak [pula] mendapat petunjuk? (104) Hai orang-orang yang beriman, jagalah dirimu; tiadalah orang yang sesat itu akan memberi mudharat kepadamu apabila kamu telah mendapat petunjuk [1]. Hanya kepada Allah kamu kembali semuanya, maka Dia akan menerangkan kepadamu apa yang telah kamu kerjakan. (105) Hai orang-orang yang beriman, apabila salah seorang kamu menghadapi kematian, sedang dia akan berwasiat, maka hendaklah [wasiat itu] disaksikan oleh dua orang yang adil di antara kamu, atau dua orang yang berlainan agama dengan kamu [2], jika kamu dalam perjalanan di muka bumi lalu kamu ditimpa bahaya kematian. Kamu tahan kedua saksi itu sesudah sembahyang [untuk bersumpah], lalu mereka keduanya bersumpah dengan nama Allah jika kamu ragu-ragu: "[Demi Allah] kami tidak akan menukar sumpah ini dengan harga yang sedikit [untuk kepentingan seseorang], walaupun dia karib kerabat, dan tidak [pula] kami menyembunyikan persaksian Allah; sesungguhnya kami kalau demikian tentulah termasuk orang-orang yang berdosa". (106) Jika diketahui bahwa kedua [saksi itu] memperbuat dosa [3], maka dua orang yang lain di antara ahli waris yang berhak yang lebih dekat kepada orang yang meninggal [memajukan tuntutan] untuk menggantikannya, lalu keduanya bersumpah dengan nama Allah: "Sesungguhnya persaksian kami lebih layak diterima daripada persaksian kedua saksi itu, dan kami tidak melanggar batas, sesungguhnya kami kalau demikian tentulah termasuk orang-orang yang menganiaya diri sendiri". (107) Itu lebih dekat untuk [menjadikan para saksi] mengemukakan persaksiannya menurut apa yang sebenarnya, dan [lebih dekat untuk menjadikan mereka] merasa takut akan dikembalikan sumpahnya [kepada ahli waris] sesudah mereka bersumpah [4]. Dan bertakwalah kepada Allah dan dengarkanlah [perintah-Nya]. Allah tidak memberi petunjuk kepada orang-orang yang fasik. (108)

Al-Maeda Dan apabila dikatakan kepada mereka: "Marilah menurut kepada apa yang telah diturunkan oleh Allah (Al-Quran) dan kepada RasulNya (yang menyampaikannya)", mereka menjawab: "Cukuplah bagi kami apa yang kami dapati datuk nenek kami mengerjakannya". Adakah (mereka akan menurut juga) sekalipun datuk nenek mereka tidak mengetahui apa-apa dan tidak pula mendapat hidayat petunjuk? (104) Wahai orang-orang yang beriman! Jagalah sahaja diri kamu (dari melakukan sesuatu yang dilarang oleh Allah). Orang-orang yang sesat tidak akan mendatangkan mudarat kepada kamu apabila kamu sendiri telah mendapat hidayat petunjuk (taat mengerjakan suruhan Allah dan meninggalkan laranganNya). Kepada Allah jualah tempat kembali kamu semuanya, kemudian Dia akan menerangkan kepada kamu (balasan) apa yang kamu telah lakukan. (105) Wahai orang-orang yang beriman! Apabila salah seorang di antara kamu hampir mati, ketika (dia mahu) berwasiat, hendaklah wasiatnya itu disaksikan oleh dua orang yang adil di antara kamu atau dua orang lain (yang bukan seagama) dengan kamu, jika kamu dalam pelayaran di muka bumi lalu kamu ditimpa bencana sakit yang membawa maut. Kalau kamu ragu-ragu (tentang kejujuran kedua saksi itu, hendaklah) kamu tahan mereka sesudah selesai sembahyang, kemudian mereka (disuruh) bersumpah dengan nama Allah (dengan berkata: Demi Allah) kami tidak akan menjual sumpah kami untuk mendapat sesuatu harta benda, walaupun orang itu dari kaum kerabat dan kami tidak menyembunyikan (keterangan yang kami ketahui) sebagai saksi (sebagaimana yang diperintahkan oleh) Allah, (kerana jika kami menyembunyikannya) tentulah kami dengan itu termasuk dalam golongan orang-orang yang berdosa. / (106) Kemudian jika didapati bahawa kedua saksi itu (sesudah bersumpah) ada melakukan dosa (kerana berdusta atau mengkhianati dalam perkara yang mereka menjadi saksi itu), maka hendaklah dua orang yang lain menggantikan tempat mereka dari waris-waris si mati lebih dekat, yang lebih berhak (menuntut dan memberi keterangan yang sebenarnya), kemudian mereka bersumpah dengan nama Allah (dengan berkata): Demi sesungguhnya, persaksian kami lebih berhak diterima daripada persaksian kedua saksi itu (yang telah nyata berdusta) dan kami tidak melampaui batas, (kerana jika kami berbuat demikian) tentulah kami dengan itu termasuk dalam golongan orang-orang yang zalim. (107) (Hukum-hukum dan peraturan menjadi saksi) yang tersebut itu adalah jalan yang lebih dekat untuk mereka memberi keterangan persaksian menurut cara yang sebenarnya atau untuk mereka merasa takut akan ditolak sumpah mereka (kepada waris-waris si mati) sesudah mereka bersumpah (yang akan mendedahkan kecurangan mereka). Oleh itu bertakwalah kepada Allah dan dengarlah dengan patuh (segala perintahNya) dan (ingatlah) Allah tidak memberi hidayat petunjuk kepada kaum yang fasik. (108)

SURA DE LA MESA SERVIDA Y cuando se les dice: Venid a lo que Allah ha hecho descender y al Mensajero, dicen: Tenemos bastante con aquello en lo que encontramos a nuestros padres.¿Y si sus padres no sabían nada y carecían de guía? (104) ¡Vosotros que creéis! Preocupados por guardaros a vosotros mismos. Nadie que se extravíe podrá perjudicaros si estáis guiados. A Allah habréis de volver todos y os hará saber lo que hicisteis. (105) ¡Vosotros que creéis! Que haya testigos entre vosotros en el momento del testamento cuando a alguno se le presente la muerte.Dos de los vuestros que sean justos u otros distintos, si estáis de viaje por la tierra y os sobreviene la circunstancia de la muerte. Haced que se queden después del salat y si tenéis dudas, haced que juren por Allah: "No lo venderemos a ningún precio ni por nadie, aunque fuera un pariente próximo, y no ocultaremos el testimonio de Allah pues, en ese caso, estaríamos entre los transgresores". (106) Y si se descubre que son acreedores de alguna maldad, que otros dos, de entre los que tengan más derecho, ocupen su lugar y juren: "Por Allah que nuestro testimonio es más verídico que el de ellos y no hemos transgredido pues, en ese caso, seríamos injustos". (107) Esto es lo que más se ajusta a que den un testimonio verdadero o teman que vuelva a haber otro juramento después del suyo.Y temed a Allah y escuchad, Allah no guía a la gente descarriada. (108)
