سَمَّـٰعُونَ لِلۡكَذِبِ أَڪَّـٰلُونَ لِلسُّحۡتِ‌ۚ فَإِن جَآءُوكَ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَہُمۡ أَوۡ أَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡہُمۡ‌ۖ وَإِن تُعۡرِضۡ عَنۡهُمۡ فَلَن يَضُرُّوكَ شَيۡـًٔ۬ا‌ۖ وَإِنۡ حَكَمۡتَ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَہُم بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ‌ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُقۡسِطِينَ (٤٢) وَكَيۡفَ يُحَكِّمُونَكَ وَعِندَهُمُ ٱلتَّوۡرَٮٰةُ فِيہَا حُكۡمُ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّوۡنَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٲلِكَ‌ۚ وَمَآ أُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ (٤٣) إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَا ٱلتَّوۡرَٮٰةَ فِيہَا هُدً۬ى وَنُورٌ۬‌ۚ يَحۡكُمُ بِہَا ٱلنَّبِيُّونَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسۡلَمُواْ لِلَّذِينَ هَادُواْ وَٱلرَّبَّـٰنِيُّونَ وَٱلۡأَحۡبَارُ بِمَا ٱسۡتُحۡفِظُواْ مِن كِتَـٰبِ ٱللَّهِ وَڪَانُواْ عَلَيۡهِ شُہَدَآءَ‌ۚ فَلَا تَخۡشَوُاْ ٱلنَّاسَ وَٱخۡشَوۡنِ وَلَا تَشۡتَرُواْ بِـَٔايَـٰتِى ثَمَنً۬ا قَلِيلاً۬‌ۚ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَحۡكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرُونَ (٤٤) وَكَتَبۡنَا عَلَيۡہِمۡ فِيہَآ أَنَّ ٱلنَّفۡسَ بِٱلنَّفۡسِ وَٱلۡعَيۡنَ بِٱلۡعَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَنفَ بِٱلۡأَنفِ وَٱلۡأُذُنَ بِٱلۡأُذُنِ وَٱلسِّنَّ بِٱلسِّنِّ وَٱلۡجُرُوحَ قِصَاصٌ۬‌ۚ فَمَن تَصَدَّقَ بِهِۦ فَهُوَ ڪَفَّارَةٌ۬ لَّهُ ۥ‌ۚ وَمَن لَّمۡ يَحۡڪُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَ (٤٥)

Al-Maeda Hep yalana kulak verir, durmadan haram yerler. Sana gelirlerse, ister aralarında hüküm ver, ister onlardan yüz çevir. Eğer onlardan yüz çevirirsen sana hiçbir zarar veremezler. Ve eğer hüküm verirsen, aralarında adaletle hükmet. Allah âdil olanları sever. (42) İçinde Allah`ın hükmü bulunan Tevrat yanlarında olduğu halde nasıl seni hakem kılıyorlar da sonra, bunun arkasından yüz çevirip gidiyorlar? Onlar inanmış kimseler değildir. (43) Biz, içinde doğruya rehberlik ve nur olduğu halde Tevrat`ı indirdik. Kendilerini (Allah`a) vermiş peygamberler onunla yahudilere hükmederlerdi. Allah`ın Kitab`ını korumaları kendilerinden istendiği için Rablerine teslim olmuş zâhidler ve bilginler de (onunla hükmederlerdi). Hepsi ona (hak olduğuna) şahitlerdi. Şu halde (Ey yahudiler ve hakimler!) İnsanlardan korkmayın, benden korkun. Âyetlerimi az bir bedel karşılığında satmayın. Kim Allah`ın indirdiği (hükümler) ile hükmetmezse işte onlar kafirlerin ta kendileridir. (44) Tevrat`ta onlara şöyle yazdık: Cana can, göze göz, buruna burun, kulağa kulak, dişe diş (karşılık ve cezadır). Yaralar da kısastır (Her yaralama misli ile cezalandırılır). Kim bunu (kısası) bağışlarsa kendisi için o keffâret olur. Kim Allah`ın indirdiği ile hükmetmezse işte onlar zalimlerdir. (45)

Al-Maeda "Sie sind notorische Lauscher hinsichtlich der Falschheit, Verschlinger von Unerlaubtem. Wenn sie nun zu dir kommen, so richte zwischen ihnen oder wende dich von ihnen ab. Und wenn du dich von ihnen abwendest, so können sie dir keinerlei Schaden zufügen; richtest du aber, so richte zwischen ihnen in Gerechtigkeit. Wahrlich, Allah liebt die Gerechten. (42) Wie aber wollen sie dich zum Richter berufen, während sie doch die Thora in ihrem Besitz haben, worin Allahs Richtspruch ist? Hierauf, und trotz alledem, kehren sie (Ihm) den Rücken; und sie sind nicht als Gläubige zu bezeichnen. (43) Wahrlich, Wir hatten die Thora, in der Führung und Licht war, herabgesandt. Damit haben die Propheten, die sich (Allah) hingaben, den Juden Recht gesprochen, und so auch die Rabbiner und die Gelehrten; denn ihnen wurde aufgetragen, das Buch Allahs zu bewahren, und sie waren seine Hüter. Darum fürchtet nicht die Menschen, sondern fürchtet Mich; und gebt nicht Meine Zeichen um einen geringen Preis hin. Und wer nicht nach dem richtet, was Allah herabgesandt hat - das sind die Ungläubigen. (44) Wir hatten ihnen darin vorgeschrieben: Leben um Leben, Auge um Auge, Nase um Nase, Ohr um Ohr und Zahn um Zahn; und für Verwundungen gerechte Vergeltung. Wer aber darauf verzichtet, dem soll das eine Sühne sein; und wer nicht nach dem richtet, was Allah herabgesandt hat - das sind die Ungerechten. (45)

Al-Maeda (They like to) listen to falsehood, to devour anything forbidden. So if they come to you (O Muhammad SAW), either judge between them, or turn away from them. If you turn away from them, they cannot hurt you in the least. And if you judge, judge with justice between them. Verily, Allâh loves those who act justly. (42) But how do they come to you for decision while they have the Taurât (Torah), in which is the (plain) Decision of Allâh; yet even after that, they turn away. For they are not (really) believers. (43) Verily, We did send down the Taurât (Torah) [to Mûsa (Moses)], therein was guidance and light, by which the Prophets, who submitted themselves to Allâh's Will, judged for the Jews. And the rabbis and the priests [too judged for the Jews by the Taurât (Torah) after those Prophets] for to them was entrusted the protection of Allâh's Book, and they were witnesses thereto. Therefore fear not men but fear Me (O Jews) and sell not My Verses for a miserable price. And whosoever does not judge by what Allâh has revealed, such are the Kâfirûn (i.e. disbelievers - of a lesser degree as they do not act on Allâh's Laws[]). (44) And We ordained therein for them: "Life for life[], eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal." But if anyone remits the retaliation by way of charity, it shall be for him an expiation. And whosoever does not judge by that which Allâh has revealed, such are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong¬doers - of a lesser degree). (45)

Al-Maeda (They are fond of) listening to falsehood, of devouring anything forbidden. If they do come to thee, either judge between them, or decline to interfere. If thou decline, they cannot hurt thee in the least. If thou judge, judge, in equity between them; for Allah loveth those who judge in equity. For they are not (really) people of Faith. (43) It was We who revealed the Torah (to Moses); therein was guidance and light. By its standard have been judged the Jews, by the Prophet who bowed (as in Islam) to Allah's will, by the Rabbis and the Doctors of Law: for to them was entrusted the protection of Allah's Book, and they were witnesses thereto: therefore fear not men, but fear Me, and sell not My Signs for a miserable price. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) Unbelievers. (44) We ordained therein for them: "Life for life, eye for eye, nose for nose, ear for ear, tooth for tooth, and wounds equal for equal." But if anyone remits the retaliation by way of charity, it is an act of atonement for himself. And if any fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) wrong-doers. (45)

LA TABLE SERVIE Ils sont attentifs au mensonge et voraces de gains illicites. S’ils viennent à toi, sois juge entre eux ou détourne toi d’eux. Et si tu te détournes d’eux, jamais ils ne pourront te faire aucun mal. Et si tu juges, alors juge entre eux en équité. Car Allah aime ceux qui jugent équitablement. (42) Mais comment te demanderaient-ils d’être leur juge quand ils ont avec eux la Thora dans laquelle se trouve le jugement d’Allah? Et puis, après cela, ils rejettent ton jugement. Ces gens-là ne sont nullement les croyants(1). (43) Nous avons fait descendre la Thora dans laquelle il y a guide et lumière. C’est sur sa base que les prophètes qui se sont soumis à Allah, ainsi que les rabbins et les docteurs jugent les affaires des Juifs. Car on leur a confié la garde du Livre d’Allah, et ils en sont les témoins(2). Ne craignez donc pas les gens, mais craignez Moi. Et ne vendez pas Mes enseignements à vil prix. Et ceux qui ne jugent pas d’après ce qu’Allah a fait descendre, les voilà les mécréants. (44) Et Nous y avons prescrit pour eux vie pour vie, œil pour œil, nez pour nez, oreille pour oreille, dent pour dent. Les blessures tombent sous la loi du talion(3). Après, quiconque y renonce par charité, cela lui vaudra une expiation. Et ceux qui ne jugent pas d’après ce qu’Allah a fait descendre, ceux-là sont des injustes. (45)

HIDANGAN Mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang suka mendengar berita bohong, banyak memakan yang haram [1]. Jika mereka [orang Yahudi] datang kepadamu [untuk meminta putusan], maka putuskanlah [perkara itu] di antara mereka, atau berpalinglah dari mereka; jika kamu berpaling dari mereka maka mereka tidak akan memberi mudharat kepadamu sedikitpun. Dan jika kamu memutuskan perkara mereka, maka putuskanlah [perkara itu] di antara mereka dengan adil, sesungguhnya Allah menyukai orang-orang yang adil. (42) Dan bagaimanakah mereka mengangkatmu menjadi hakim mereka, padahal mereka mempunyai Taurat yang di dalamnya [ada] hukum Allah, kemudian mereka berpaling sesudah itu [dari putusanmu]? Dan mereka sungguh-sungguh bukan orang yang beriman. (43) Sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan Kitab Taurat di dalamnya [ada] petunjuk dan cahaya [yang menerangi], yang dengan Kitab itu diputuskan perkara orang-orang Yahudi oleh nabi-nabi yang menyerah diri kepada Allah, oleh orang-orang alim mereka dan pendeta-pendeta mereka, disebabkan mereka diperintahkan memelihara kitab-kitab Allah dan mereka menjadi saksi terhadapnya. Karena itu janganlah kamu takut kepada manusia, [tetapi] takutlah kepada-Ku. Dan janganlah kamu menukar ayat-ayat-Ku dengan harga yang sedikit. Barangsiapa yang tidak memutuskan menurut apa yang diturunkan Allah, maka mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang kafir. (44) Dan kami telah tetapkan terhadap mereka di dalamnya [At Taurat] bahwasanya jiwa [dibalas] dengan jiwa, mata dengan mata, hidung dengan hidung, telinga dengan telinga, gigi dengan gigi, dan luka-luka [pun] ada kisasnya. Barangsiapa yang melepaskan [hak kisas]nya, maka melepaskan hak itu [menjadi] penebus dosa baginya. Barangsiapa tidak memutuskan perkara menurut apa yang diturunkan Allah, maka mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang zalim. (45)

Al-Maeda Mereka sangat suka mendengar berita-berita dusta, sangat suka memakan segala yang haram (rasuah dan sebagainya). Oleh itu kalau mereka datang kepadamu, maka hukumlah di antara mereka (dengan apa yang telah diterangkan oleh Allah) atau berpalinglah dari mereka dan kalau engkau berpaling dari mereka maka mereka tidak akan dapat membahayakanmu sedikitpun dan jika engkau menghukum maka hukumlah di antara mereka dengan adil; kerana sesungguhnya Allah mengasihi orang-orang yang berlaku adil. (42) Dan (sungguh menghairankan), bagaimana mereka meminta keputusan hukum kepadamu, padahal di sisi mereka ada Kitab Taurat yang mengandungi hukum Allah, kemudian mereka berpaling pula sesudah itu (dari hukumanmu)? Dan (sebenarnya) mereka itu bukanlah orang-orang yang beriman. (43) Sesungguhnya Kami telah menurunkan Kitab Taurat, yang mengandungi petunjuk dan cahaya yang menerangi; dengan Kitab itu Nabi-nabi yang menyerah diri (kepada Allah) menetapkan hukum bagi orang-orang Yahudi dan (dengannya juga) ulama mereka dan pendeta-pendetanya (menjalankan hukum Allah), sebab mereka diamanahkan memelihara dan menjalankan hukum-hukum dari Kitab Allah (Taurat) itu dan mereka pula adalah menjadi penjaga dan pengawasnya (dari sebarang perubahan). Oleh itu janganlah kamu takut kepada manusia tetapi hendaklah kamu takut kepadaKu (dengan menjaga diri dari melakukan maksiat dan patuh akan perintahKu) dan janganlah kamu menjual (membelakangkan) ayat-ayatKu dengan harga yang sedikit (kerana mendapat rasuah, pangkat dan lain-lain keuntungan dunia) dan sesiapa yang tidak menghukum dengan apa yang telah diturunkan oleh Allah (kerana mengingkarinya), maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang kafir. (44) Dan kami telah tetapkan atas mereka di dalam kitab Taurat itu, bahawa jiwa dibalas dengan jiwa dan mata dibalas dengan mata dan hidung dibalas dengan hidung, dan telinga dibalas dengan telinga dan gigi dibalas dengan gigi dan luka-luka hendaklah dibalas (seimbang). Tetapi sesiapa yang melepaskan hak membalasnya, maka menjadilah ia penebus dosa baginya dan sesiapa yang tidak menghukum dengan apa yang telah diturunkan Allah, maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang zalim. (45)

SURA DE LA MESA SERVIDA Prestan oído a la mentira y se comen la ganancia ilícita. Si vienen a ti, juzga entre ellos o abstente de intervenir. Si te abstienes, no te perjudicarán en absoluto; y si juzgas, hazlo con ecuanimidad.Es cierto que Allah ama a los ecuánimes. (42) ¿Y cómo van a delegar en ti el juicio, si tienen la Torá en la que está el juicio de Allah y, a pesar de ello, se desentienden? Esos no son los creyentes. (43) Es cierto que hicimos descender la Torá, en la que hay guía y luz. Con ella emitían juicios los profetas, aquéllos que se sometieron, así como los rabinos y doctores para los que practicaban el judaísmo; siguiendo el mandato de proteger el libro de Allah, del que eran garantes con su testimonio.Y no temáis a los hombres, temedme a Mí, ni vendáis Mis signos a bajo precio. Aquel que no juzgue según lo que Allah ha hecho descender... Esos son los incrédulos. (44) En ella les prescribimos: Persona por persona, ojo por ojo, nariz por nariz, oreja por oreja, diente por diente; y por las heridas un castigo compensado. Quien renuncie por generosidad*, le servirá de remisión. Quien no juzgue según lo que Allah ha hecho descender.... Esos son los injustos. (45)
